SE I know tech issue always happen at an early access. BUT for this reason is why we use the beta phase no? I hope you give us some for all the ppl that got the game to start ahead. Hope a free month or some item send to moogle because this instead of being Early access is more of an EARLY MAINTANENCE beta 5.. Idk what is going on there. Why this is not working when we had the beta for this... I would like a straight Answer of wtf is going on there. Are the server crashing or the program are giving you problem and you dont know wtf is the bug? Retards on the NA/EU sides? are the server really in USA or in taiwan or something? I WANT A STRAIGHT ANSWER NOW. So I can know wtf is going on and then take my day off and not being here waiting to see if I can log in or not and PRaying I can use the duty shit for god sake..

Only thing I want is a working game that I can actually play anytime I want. I understand issues and maintenance working in IT, however SLA's are very important also and QoS. The thing that sucks for me is that I have not been able to get in due to technical difficulties, then when they fix the issue, I can't get in because too many people are playing on my server. I just hope that by the time the free month is over this is fixed cause if it's not and people have to wait to get into the game for hours no one will pay and 1.0 will happen all over again.

I agree because I payed for a premium of early access since I am a 1.0 player. I would expect a refund of that money due to there inability to provide their advertised claims of EA. EA limitations due to tech issues, i'm ok with that... but EA limitations due to world populations is not going to sit well with me. it is not a big secret how many people paid for EA because they know how many codes they sent out, so how can they not have enough server room for a product that they sold and can account for when they issued the "invitations" needed to enter the party???

I pre-ordered specifically because of the early access. This isn't beta anymore, this was an aspect of the game that was heavily advertised to sell copies and make money. Not delivering on a major selling point of your product is a sure fire way to alienate customers and go out of business.
I have a long weekend for labor day. If this game is still having problems then, SE will never see another dime from me. My issue isn't with the game having launch issues. My issue is that these particular issues could have been avoided had they done a proper beta test and spent a little less time on a massive advertising and hype campaign and a little more time on actually preparing the game for launch. The server issues were discovered during the p4 beta but because they treated it like a demo instead of a beta they didn't have enough time to diagnose, fix, then test the fix under proper stress conditions. This is strike 2 (1.0 was strike 1). I really hope they don't get strike 3 next weekend. -

Unfortunately you agreed to the Terms of Service which indicates in section 5 the following:
5. INTERRUPTION TO THE SERVICE You acknowledge that disruptions of service may occur and waive any causes of action against SQUARE ENIX in any way arising from or related to any such disruptions of service.
As well as section 10.1 which reads as follows:
10.1 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SQUARE ENIX and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs) incurred due to your usage of the Game, your engagement in Prohibited Activities, and/or arising out of or related to content you submit, post, link to, transmit, or make available through the Game, your violation of this User Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another User.
Basically, all you or I or anyone else can do, is wait until they can stabilize the servers. -

SE did mention that they would provide some sort of compensation to those affected by the 3102 and 90000 error of Phase 4. They have yet to disclose what "compensation" that is. I'm sure that's lower priority now since all of the EA is pretty much screwed at this point. I'd be fine with a month of free gameplay or a free server transfer. I do not believe that's demanding too much NOR do I believe that's out of SE's scope of possible compensations.
