How to get the horn looking head piece?

I just saw an image of someone wearing a red "unicorn" looking head piece.

How do I get this?

Completing the Living on a Prayer quest, but you have to beat regular darnus to start that quest.

You can no longer get the dalamud horn, it's now something you will either already have or never obtain.

i hope so, today was to be my retrieve all achievement rewards day. its just like SE to do the important shit like Final Save Maintenance while half of America is still at work, then give us the grand finally at fuckin 3AM 10 days later.

The countdown is for when they're releasing the next trailer - Can be watched at any time after that.
The live letter will also be available to watch after that, no one's missing out on anything due to timezones.

And you will be able to claim any rewards for any achievement in 2.0, 1.0 onRy achievements must be completed before 1.0 shutdowns however (which has already happened).

So if you didnt 100% complete "living on a prayer" quest which gets the achievement unlocked (from npc) then you are out of luck :(.

Got to go to the npc to get the reward, but achievement unlocked is achievement unlocked ^_^

That's still 9/10 days depending on how you slice it. It takes less than 5 mins to talk to the reward npc.

It literally takes 2 minutes at most to warp to the camp and talk to the NPC. Though I do feel he's just trolling because no one is that lazy.

...Then again people are complaining about the Imperial Hat event ending after it being up for 24/7 for 2 weeks straight and failing to obtain one :\

that's what i'm asking, has this been confirmed somewhere a link perhaps. i'm 100 percent done with living on a prayer and have the achievement, i simply did not go to the NPC right away. you do these things a month ago and you forget about it. i was reminded about it about 2 or 3 days ago when some one asked me about it on Skype but haven't had access to a 1.0 worthy PC until today and well todays a bit late.

Because it's a 1.0 quest relating to Dalamud, something that ran it's course 5 years ago in ARR.

Well I thought I read something about 1.0 onry achievements but seeing the lodestone down and I hate the search bar I'll say -

We know 1.0 achievements completed in 1.0 even if they are 1.0 only will appear in 2.0, if you completed the quest you have the achievement. If 1.0 achievements are treated just like 2.0 except for the fact they don't progress, then you should be able to obtain it. Because I know if someone obtained a luminary achievement but didn't obtain it in 1.0 they would be pissed if they couldn't pick it up in 2.0.

If the case is that you cant obtain the reward from the achievement you already have - then I'll be there flaming with you or for you lol.

As that would be re-tar-ded. (Assuming you really did complete the living on a prayer quest 100%)

If they were going to wipe our data, and had told us from the start, nearly everyone would have immediately quit and there would be no reason for them to have left the game up this past year following the 2.0 announcement lol. For better or worse they decided to keep the game up and allow us to keep our characters. At least that way they'd be able to keep the "Legacy" members for 2.0.

I think he don't want to know if he can still do the achievement in ARR, but if he can still get the reward from the achievement NPC in ARR after he completed the quest in 1.x (the achievement is unlocked in the achievement window)
