Question for DEV Servers in ARR?
I don't know if it been answer already but I cannot find any evidence on these. There is only less than two weeks left on the game before must people leave and wait for 2.0. It is been confirm we are getting regional servers. So these are my questions to the Devs.
Does SE has a list of what Server is going where?
Must of my friends including me would like to be in a NA server, It would be really disapointing to log in at launch of ARR and be in a EU or JP server. Plus it would be nice to have the list to discuss with friends what NA everyone would like to move to.
It is been confirm that SE will have new server for new characters only. Why has SE not provided any information on how or even when currently players that have been tag along with Final Fantasy all these time can move to a local server?
It is going to be hard to try to coordinate with friends on the server or servers that would like to play together after november and must of the people won't be online.
Does SE even have a plan for the current player base at launch of ARR?
Reason for : "Changes to the Monetary System"

Purpose of Currency Redenomination
When the current version of FFXIV was first designed, we were forced to inflate item prices to properly balance the prices for consumable items, such as arrows and fishing lures.* This is no longer necessary, as this type of consumable item will not be used in FFXIV: ARR.
*1 The price of one arrow was originally indexed against the cost of one sword at a rate of 1 to 1000. For example, if a gladius were priced at 200 gil, the equivalent level warped arrows would be priced at 0.2 gil each. However, because decimal pricing is not possible, prices would have to be rounded to the nearest whole number, rendering it comparatively expensive to be an archer. This problem was addressed by increasing all item prices by a factor of ten.
In conjunction with the removal of player-operated bazaars in FFXIV: ARR, all items and gil in player bazaars at the time the servers go down will be returned to player inventories. This includes gil which is being offered in the ‘seek item’ section of a bazaar. Because of this, it is possible that the resulting gil total may exceed the limit of 999,999,999. Therefore, this change also ensures that players will not lose any gil.
That said, this currency redenomination is primarily intended to reduce the excessively large values used in all transactions. We would like to reiterate that the effective purchasing power of your savings will not be reduced.
- Summary -
The last digit was for ammunition only, with a currency redenomination and taking away a digit, we are able to work with smaller numbers making it easier to manage. You will NOT be loosing money, a sword that was 1,000 gil is now 100 gil. So if you had 1,000 gil in your pocket you will now only have 100.
EVERYTHING is loosing a digit, so your actual amount of money you hold technically is the same, just one less-digit along with the rest of the economy.
