Character got stuck recently, tried to fix it by logging out. Didn't help. Forced to call GM. Went through the support desk to report the problem. Twenty minutes later, GM sends me an automated response. Directs me to the support website, tells me they aren't going to help.
Wonder if the GMs will stop being useless by the time 2.0 hits.
Will 2.0 fix the useless GMs?

No, none of the menu options were available. I could bring up the main menu, which allowed me to submit the GM request. However, I couldn't bring up the return menu or the teleport menu.

probably got Stuck in the void zone, its that massive gap between map changes, if you die there your pretty much screwed you cant be raised, you cant return, hell not even the GM's can touch you there.
I was told that i should create a new character until the issue was resolved, client side. this was about 9 months ago. -

I'm assuming this was due to the wards binge down that we just had, in which case you could have simply force d/c'd (there are a number of ways to do this) and your problem would have been solved.
They could have sent you a message telling you this but for something so simple it's really a waste of GM time. -
