I'm new to the game and so far i like it very much however i find the in game support lacking compared to the experience i have playing WoW in the past were an ingame GM contacted you within a reasonable amount of time and resolved your issue most if the time.
In this game i file a bug report and i got the feeling it ends up in a black hole never to be seen again.
I filed one today about not getting credit for an achievement although i have all the prerequisites for it. I searched internet and this forum for an answer but didn't find any. I the hope i will get an answer.

Bug reports are used to fix problems in a future patch, which can be months away. Once your bug report is reviewed, it gets moved into a forum.

Yeah so no feedback whatsoever. For that i do miss the time i played WoW at least you could have contact a GM that solved your problem or answered your question in 99% of the cases

Out of curiosity, how long has it been since you last played WoW? Because frankly, one of the biggest CS complaints over there for *years* has been that you don't get GM's solving your problems anymore...you get some generic emailed response several days after you make a request...

bugs don't get actioned on by GM's in game. you only call on GM's when you report someone. anything they can't handle in game you will get either a boilerplate response or a very short explanation saying they can't handle it and saying put it in the forums instead.

And what exactly is the "bug".
Maybe it is not a bug but you just misunderstand the way how certain achievement's work.
Especially as a new player some things can look like a bug but are actually intended mechanics.
For example, raid Loot distribution for current content is confusing to some new player's. -

So. If you are indeed putting in Bug Reports and expecting responses, I'm afraid you've been misled as to how the system works. You don't get answers from bug reports. You wait to read the next patch notes to see if your report has been addressed.
On the other hand, if you're putting in support requests, for reasonable things that support can help you with, then you should be getting responses. Maybe there's an issue with how the requests are being submitted.
As others have mentioned, without knowing exactly what you need, and what kind of requests you've made (bug report vs. ticket for support), then we can't really help you one way or the other.
