Only saying that because of the piddly number of personal wards and the blatant stupid decision to lock you into a lottery without opting back out to go to a plot with less people lottoing in it for a better chance.

They put the lock on the lotto to keep people from purposely inflating the lottery entries on plots only to withdraw those entries at the last moment to increase their friends chances.
