Please expand healer dps kits and remove redundant healing skills. I dont need multiple AOE heals which do basically the same thing, nor do I need the same for single target healing.
Redesigning healers SHOULD have began with pruning skills down to what is base line required to heal, then adding useful flavor from there. The redesign you gave us is just awful in so many ways.

Do they all actually main healers or are they the extra DPS that had to go healer because someone else in the raid group is also playing that job and has 0.1 better DPS then them (usually a BRD or SMN, maybe RDM. Never a BLM, they have too much pride)?

Because none of these changes are actually what anyone has been asking for. Not at a casual level, not at a midcore level, and certainly not at a high tier level in terms of skill. The transition of AST between HW and SB to how they fixed some cards issues by adding new skills was perfect (Minor Arcana, Sleeve Draw, Discard).
Honestly, It's the perfect job for me in this game during this expansion.
And now, I don't know how they came up with this new card system and all those changes and nerf.
It's really incomprehensible. -

They actually do more to listen to their fanbase than most of you give them credit for. The people upset by the changes you meet while it may seem like a lot. In actuality its more likely a fraction of a percent up to maybe a percent. This forum the official subreddit and the people you meet in game is not the majority. In fact while there is some rumblings of concern in the JP forums most are pretty accepting of things for now. At least until they have more facts by experiencing it themselves.
Which is something we should be doing ourselves. I am not saying shut up and smile and take it without saying a word. Just, put your feedback out as YOUR personal feeling based on info that you have seen, and your personal opinions. Stop presenting these as hard facts. They arent nor can they be. Because what information you got is from a two month old development build. A ton can change before launch and much has probably changed in the month and a half between that build and the build they have now a few days after media tour. -

Scholars yes have taken a pretty severe blow to their dps core and no assurances they will have to heal anymore than what they need to. And unless those changes to the battle system are made something does need to be addressed about their concerns. Astro and the card issues. First and foremost. Lets all remember astro cards have never been balanced. Theres a clear winner a distant second place and then lightyears between those two and the rest. Spread and royal road and time dialation caused astro to be the problem child of the healer corps. The seal system could be interesting additional depth but everything being flat balances not exactly the best solution.
Whm- no rdps utility. Still and this is a problem that needs to be addressed. Bravery and faith are two ive felt could fit whm really well..
So yes either content needs to be redesigned to refocus healers on healing or healers need some tweaks to make them feel a bit better. Screaming the sky is falling is not a solution. Be rationale with feedback. And speak for yourself not others. If others want their voices heard they can come do it themselves they dont need you to do it for them -

Or white hole becomes a savage boss after we beat god Kefka and it’s free of his master. Next Gillian will be empire white hole. Of course we need to lose dmg spells or we would never be able to make these heal checks it’s the same galaxy brain thinking like dying on purpose in a fight just to reduce Aggro with 100 % success rate
