New Unspoiled Notes Items 3.4

Hello :D
tomorrow will be 3.4 up, i study the patch notes a little bit.
So they will be new Gathering items so please let collect here some new information (class, item, slot, EZ time and coordinates).

i guess this will be the items for timing nodes :rolleyes: :

Lv60 2-star gathering: Gather % = 0 if Gathering under 860. Procs bonus yield +1 @910G, bonus yield +2 @930G. Procs bonus HQ +15% @870P, bonus HQ +35% @890P. No apparent minimum P for HQ.

8,31 are coordinates in your gathering log you can see the location =)

what I got so far

brown mushroom is slot 7 and zeolite ore is slot 4 =)

930 giving +2 seems to be off also im at 931 and have only seen +1 at 910 on all nodes. ok so got a +2 i think its that not all nodes give a +2 or something teak did.

There is no minimum perception to hq the nodes. You do get to "turn on" a specific bonus with a high enough perception.

So basically no increase in perception from previous nodes, got it.

Not that high gathering requirements. Should be easy with gathering food.

I melded so high on most my gear that the hat was not really needed.. I have a gathering 3 + 2 on it only, and I just melded that so I could hit the +2 gathering bonus (and needed 2 perception for the +30% HQ). DoL always feel so much friendlier than DoH.

so 930G/910P is the stats required to turn on all the different node bonuses. Still trying to find (if possible) the 95%/15% caps.
959G = 93%
932P = 13%

Will update here if I personally get any closer to the exact numbers

Has anyone HQ'd the new items? Have not seen HQs yet on MB.

It seems like a cheaper alternative would simply be hitting 700GP so you can use:

- King's Yield II
- Unearth
- Sharp Vision II

Not a bad idea, but the timing makes that less than ideal. Personally, though I'm not reducing any HQ to NQ, I'm not going out of my way for HQ. The refined materials are not all THAT difficult to HQ, subject to RNG of course, but enough HQ refined materials and the few NQ's won't matter, you'll be able to 100% the finished product easily enough.

The new HQ Watered Cordials - 200GP on a 2 min 6 sec (43 Eorzean Minutes) cooldown - help a lot with timing issues when hitting nodes spaced 2-hours apart. And they are easy enough to craft.

I've always wanted something like them.

I have got the Folklore book for teak logs but my god what is the requirement to even gather it? Like 800 Gp maybe?
Currently i am under 700 without food atm
I have some of the augmented gear and crafted with melds, do not seem to be able to get any (which i would need to craft the new caster gear and such) so do not need for turn ins

Maero was asking about GP, not Gathering. That may have been a typo, but in case it isn't, you can gather effectively from any node in the game with 650 GP. Once you get the minimum Gathering and Perception, just get to 650 GP and you will be fine.

My GP is lower but my gathering is in the 800's. I may very well have to get some ironworks stuff it would seem

Note that a full set of the Level 200 scrip gear produces 869 Gathering 873 Perception 657 GP - enough to gather from any of the nodes, per this post. So you can get yourself a full set of that or mix-and-match pieces of it with Ironworks 195 gear, according to what you have the resources for.

Also note that a mix of Ironworks/Scrip on the left side, an Ironworks or scrip off-hand, and good old iLvl 170 right hand side will do as well with some gentle melding and food. (Ariyala's site has many good tools, check it out.)

My main is currently running Ironworks LH+MH+OH and iLvl170 RH with no problems, but I do intend to upgrade to Ironworks RH this weekend to get the second tier of bonuses on the new nodes.

You want 650 GP for Collectibles.

For regular ol Gathering, 600 is sufficient : 500 for Yield +2, and 100 for Gathering Chance +15.

I just got a FC Crafter to craft me main and offhands so this should also help out.
I will also be upgrading the chest to 200 this week and already have Augmented Pants, gloves and boots. Using Dragonskin accesories atm because i was cheap at the time

700 GPs is easy enough with mutton stew from NPC vendore IF you like blowing materia up.
