Beast tribe daily allowance

As new tribes are added, and that the old ones are relevant in grind for the relic, why on earth is the daily max allowance still at 12? It's such a frustration to want to do multiple things and be so terribly limited, honestly it is really due for an increase... anyone else feel this way or am I just wanting too much? ><

Dude the old amount was 6, 12 is plenty. Only three ARR Max rank level dailies give the token for relic, and new HW beast dailies are three max and are random. you can do FOUR tribes a day.

Actually, with the way the old Beast Tribes currently work, the favor is spread through multiple NPCs. So at Rank 3 you actually have to use 9 daily quests to get the appropriate 1/10th of reputation, but yes you can do 4 a day currently it'd just take quite a while. An increase seems plausible, but since they're buffing the old Beast Tribe rep gain anyways ultimately unnecessary.

Aren't all 4 available? I'm pretty sure it's Seeds from Sylphs, Ore from Kobolds, Bone from Amul'ja (or whatever they are) and Shells from the Sahagin. The HW dailies aren't random, but you need 18 tokes for any 1 item of your choice while the other 4 only require 13 for their specific item.

He's saying you can only get 3 tokens a day from each ARR tribe because of how the quests are separated into tiers based on level, while the HW tribes assign you 3 random dailies from all the ones you've unlocked, since they level-sync to you. So with 12 allowances, you can get max tokens with 4 different tribes each day.
And to the OP yes, 12 allowances is more than enough for now. Even with the upcoming Moogle tribe, a brand new player could simultaneously max rep on all 3 HW tribes everyday, and still (slowly) work on 1 ARR tribe, if they even cared to do it. The soonest we could expect an allowance increase is 4.0 with the addition of more tribes, but there's a better chance they'll find a way to avoid doing that so people won't complain about "OMG I have to do 18 dailies every day!!". I'm just thankful HW doesn't have me camping fates everyday for the new tribes, lol

It doesn't take that long to finish the new ones and the new ones are useless once you max rank them.

The amount of tokens you need for a relic item from the vanu and gnath increase the amount of time it'll take you to complete your relic by months.

Why waste your time on the new ones once they're max rank.

12 is fine.

if the moogle one is for crafter, I doubt it will be anything but useless. remember those day when ixal crafting items were a thing that sell for million xD

specifically the ehcatl sealant and it was only because it was used in crafting high end gathering and crafting gear sets. if it weren't for the sealant people would have stopped worrying about the ixali dailies once they hit max rep.

Yea there was no hint of a nerf to the "Coming into it's Own" quest for relic in the LL, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it won't be made easier. It's possible the tokens from the Moogle Tribe could be used to purchase Unidentified items like Vath/Vanu, but at a more affordable amount, say 6 tokens instead of 18 (or so I hope ever-so much).

I don't think it's a crazy idea for 3.x and 2.x Beast Tribes to have separate allowances though. I liked the grind of 2.x Beast Tribes, felt like an accomplishment.

Isn't it true that the Ixal quest could be done at a lower level, so non-50s could use the daily quests to level their DoHs? I was already capped by the time Ixal came out but I thought I recall others used them to level.

What they need to do is remove the rank limitation on how many you can do meaning for example if I wanted to spend all 12 allowance on one beast tribe I should be allowed to do so instead of level/rank based quantity like it is currently aka rank 1 only lets you do 3 a day on one tribe, rank 2 only lets you do 5 a day on one tribe. That rank limitation on how many can do I think should be removed as it does not matter how many allowance you have if you cannot spend them on the tribe you actually want to level reputation with due to that quantity/rank restriction, especially with ARR tribes. Bumping up the allowance to 18 a day would be a good idea in my opinion but the major issue and complaint I have is the rank based restriction on how many allowed to spend per day on a single beast tribe.

Yes, you could (you technically still can) use the ixali dailies to level up your crafters as they award exp when below the level cap. but you were/are better off just gaining experience through other means. You can use them to supplement sure, but you can easily make the exp you would doing those quests elsewhere in less time.

I just want to find out the storyline of the beast tribes, I wouldn't mind if they put a limit on the rewards daily (poetics/ventures) but at least let me continue through the quests/ reputation.
