- To help new players who believe higher number = better, the functionality of Cure I and Cure III have been swapped.
- Stoneskin now provided damage absorption equal to 100% of the targets health, however only classes/jobs with the Strength primary attribute can move while under the effect.
- Tetragrammaton has been renamed to "Oh **** Button"
- Asylum now sequesters bad players from good players, to keep them from harming the good players and themselves.
- Shroud of Saints can only be used by White Mages who have been canonized after their death.
- An issue has been fixed where Benediction would heal the target for 100% of their total health before they died.

-The Wanderer's Minuet: Your archer/bard skills no longer have a cast times, but you cannot move while under it's effects (lewl)
-Repelling Shot: Now named "Angel shot", If Angel Shot sends you down on Titan (all modes) you'll now gain wings and fly right up to the battle!
-Swiftsong: Now named "C'mon guys this is supposed to be a speed run"
-Hawk's Eye: Now also automatically turns your camera into 1st person, feel the power of the hawk!
-Quelling Strikes: Now named "omg you noob tank"

Forbidden Chakra:
- Removed: requires 5 stacks of chakra.
- Added: now does 99,999 true damage.

Dark Knight

Theme:
-With the help of player feedback, we have added thousands of hardcore and edgy emotes and "badass" anime quotes to EVERY Dark Knight skill that will automatically be posted in chat.
- More dark and edge armor has been made for Dark Knight only, such as:
More spikes and blades.
More Black and Red colors

Celestial Opposition: YOU HAVE ANGERED THE STARS CHILD, Now stuns all targets within Line of Sight for 2 minutes, summons a Meteor centred on your position, does damage equal to 100% HP to all within a 20,000 Yalm radius. damage % decreases by 1% for every further thousand Yalms to a minimum of 50% HP equivalent.

Collective Unconscious: All whom enter the field are affected by Sleep, duration 5 minutes. this effect cannot be removed. all players affected are invulnerable to all damage for the duration.

Time Dialation: affects all players in party/alliance. the game now runs at 50% speed for the next 60 minutes.

Gravity: Inflicts Slow on all targets hit for 5 minutes. bonus apples fall from the sky dealing damage equal to 10% HP per hit. makes you weigh more, but your dress size does not increase! can now knock down targets by running into them.

Synastry: All party members gain the HP of the member with the highest HP at time of cast; all damage sustained to the selected target [of highest HP] is now spread equally amoung the party. 2 minute duration

Nocturnal Sect: YOUR ARE THE NIGHT. Permanent Stealth engaged, enemies will not agro on you no matter what. bonus 20% DARKNESS damage to all attacks. Healing spells give the target extra belts for more edgyness.

Combust: Target Explodes
Combust 2: you and the target Explode, target deals splash damage.

Redraw: activates the Pictionary mini game. no effect on battle.

Spread: you perform a perfect Split. stuns enemies in range for 20 seconds, you gain the status "Limber". evasion increased by 20%

Disable: only works on target whilst they are casting, prevents them from using the move ever again.

Royal Road: summons the Sultana of Ul'Dah, all enemies bend their knee and now serve the alliance. you are showered in money and get a nice crown.

Draw: changes you class/job to MCH for 30 seconds, go cowboy.

Essential dignity: Give the target modest underwear

Luminiferous Aether: you glow HOT PINK. Spice girls starts playing. you perform JJBA poses for 4 minutes. grants immunity whilst active.

Lightspeed: everything runs at the speed of light. All duties and instances are completed instantly. you win the game good job.

Machinist:
The cooldown on reload was abolished.

White mage

Benediction: Effect now reversed. (Evil grin)


Paladin

Hallowed Ground: Buff application time delayed by 1 server tick.


Warrior

Berserk: When Berserk ends you lose control of your inner beast causing you to attack nearby friends and foes.

After reviewing the affects concerning tank stat revisions we have made the following changes.

Scholar

Lustrate: we will revert it's heal capability back to 25% of targets max HP.

"Dark Knight adjustments.

Thanks to your feedback we are now aware that the job is not performing as expected in PvP.

We added the following change:

- When under the effect of grit, the TP cost of Scourge has been decreased by 1%.

Following this buff anf order to keep the balance between jobs, the following change was needed:

- Low blow no longer adds the "stun" effect to the target.

We would like to thank you for your feedback"

Due to this job not performing to expectations and to make it useful again in Full Parties the following changes have been made.

Dragoon:
Jump
-Changed the duration of Jump to be more in line with the original Dragoon job. The DRG will now jump off screen for 3 seconds before hitting the target. Animation Lock at end of jump also increased back to 1.5 seconds.

Elusive Jump
-Now causes the Dragoon to begin jumping uncontrollably in random directions around the arena for 5 seconds.

Spineshatter Dive
-Upon the completion of dive activates the LolDRG effect for 10 seconds. The LolDRG effect draws all AOE's to the Dragoon for the duration.

*New Trait* Floor Tanking
-Due to the spiky nature of DRG armour and their spear, any enemy positioned over the dead body of a DRG gains a 1% bleed DOT of max HP. Positioning the enemy over multiple DRGs stacks this buff to a maximum of 5%.

As everyone has stated that DRG is the easiest DPS to play we have heard you and decided to add a Savage version of DRG play. When toggled all abilities (Including defensive ones) now have random positional requirements indicated by a change in colour. A blue border means front, red for back, yellow for left and orange for right. A green border means the DRG needs to be floor tanking to activate.

Monk
-Removed the GCD from Haymaker, making it viable in actual gameplay besides solo.
-Increased Featherfoot dodge rate to 100%
-Shoulder tackle now has infinite range.
-Touch of Death deals 500 potency over time for 30 seconds, making use of its name.
-Elixir field now revives and/or completely restores the HP, MP and TP of allies in range.
-Dragon Kick deals 5000% increased damage to dragons and Dragoons(PVP only ;))
-Tornado Kick sends enemies flying, indicating a "OVERKILL" similar to Final Fantasy X when you dealt 99999 damage with Auron's Celestial Weapon.
-Arm of the Destroyer actually destroys everything in range.
-Form Shift also has the optional side effect of acting as a fantasia, saving monks lots of real-world money.

Summoner:

*Due to complaints, Egis have been removed. Carbuncles will now be used at all times, with Summon III now summoning Ruby Carbuncle.

Machinists:

- Due to popular demand, Gauss Barrel graphic can now be toggled off when the "Gauss Barrel" Ability is active.
- The Gauss Barrel graphic has been added on to all Machinist Arms.

Black Mage:

- After looking into the way players use the skill, Ley Lines has been modified. It now provides increased Spell Speed, Skill Speed and Decreased Cooldown to all party members apart from the caster, under the assumption that as soon as it's laid down, the Black Mage will not be able to use it anyway.

Black Mage:

-Due to lack of viable movement across all areas of the game aetherial manipulation now has a 10% chance to activate automatically whenever the player is about to be hit by an AoE. The player will always be transported to a healer.
-Due to community focus on spell speed, it has been swapped with intelligence as black mage's primary stat. BLM is no longer a rooted caster, but a ranged version of monk.

(Mother crystal help us if they ever do anything even close to this.)

- Fell Cleave's restriction have been abolished, not needing to make V stacks of Abandon anymore. Fell Cleave damage increased to 9001 base potency.

- In addition to the feedback received about healers being useless for DPSing in PvP, we have lifted the prohibition of Cleric Stance in PvP areas.
- Reverse action added for all healing classes. Healing spells will now deal damage and can be targetted at enemies, the potency remains the same.

- Assize II have been added. 1000 potency heal and damage potency in a range of 50y.
- Benediction is no longer considered an ability but a spell. Being able to cast with the same GCD.

We have got sirius reports that Astrologian's damage is way too low in comparison with other healers, thus, we decided to at least increase their utility for party.

- Heavy 99% status have been added to Gravity, duration 50s. (PvP available)
- Draw recast reduced to 5 seconds.
- The Ewer's potency have been multiplicated per 10.
- The Balance now gives 50% damage increase.
- The Bole now gives 50% defense increase.
- The Spire now fully restores TP of all nearby party members.
- The Spear now reduces recast time of the target's abilities by 50%
- The Arrow's effect increased to 50% speed. While under this effect, no TP or MP will be consumed.

Due to the adjustments to the cards being way too powerful right now, the following skill name and effect have been changed:

- Royal Road: Now renamed to Celestial Shot. Can only be used after drawing a card, throws that card at one enemy dealing damage with 2000 base potency. Killing blow with this transforms the enemy in a card, unable to get raise, except if dragoon.

Now you can visit this special guild of crafters to meld or craft anything you need. For hiring their services you need one "Garlond Crafture Token" (Can be obtained doing daily roulettes 100%, doing any content and PvP 10%)

You will be able to meld items using the Garlond Crafture Token, but for crafting items you will need to also give them the materials and two Garlond Crafture Token for making it HQ.

(We understand that not every player is willing to get bored with crafting, and thus apologize for the fact that most of recent good glamour content and gear for pushing raiding have been gated behind crafters. I hope you'll appreciate this change and enjoy asking anything you need to Garlond's Shop! )

Summoner

- Bio, Bio II, Miasma, Miasma II, and Virus are no longer usable as they violate the Biological Weapons Convention of 1975.
- "Shadowflare" has been moved to DRK, as it is too dark and gritty for Summoner. It has been replaced by "Infestation", with the same effect. (Infestation is no longer usable as it violates the Biological Weapons Convention of 1975)
- "Rouse" can only be used on summons that are currently sleeping. It now has a 50% chance of waking the summon, and a 50% chance of the summon requesting 5 more minutes before going back to sleep.
- "Painflare"'s potency has been reduced by 50%, and has been renamed to "Mildly-Irritatingflare"
- While under the effect of "Dreadwyrm Trance", Summoners can be commanded by other players by declaring the command and performing the /snap emote.
- "Enkindle" can now only be used on Ifrit-egi, and causes Ifrit-egi to glow brighter.
- "Eye for an Eye" has been replaced with "Turn the Other Cheek", which when cast on another party member, pacifies them and provokes all enemies to attack them.

Low Blow: upon use, a hole will now open up beneath the players target and cause their character to shout "This is Sparta!"

Monk
The glitch where 'Arm of the Destroyer' was displayed for the skill 'Stomp of the Destroyer' has been fixed.
After some careful consideration, Stomp of the Destroyer doesn't have the ring we want, so it's been renamed 'Leg Day'.
To accommodate the adjustments to Leg Day, it's icon has been changed into a foot.

We got yelled at so Leg Days icon has been reverted. (You would have liked it though!)

Machinist
An issue where Machinists dealt damage has been resolved.
Wildfire will now heal the target upon activation.

Bard
Bards limit break now heals the party as intended.

Blackmage
The helper text for the ability Leylines has been fixed. It now reads: 'A skill that attracts any and all AOE damage to its vicinity. secondary effect: increased Spell speed'

Warrior
The use of the skill Tomahawk will now force the Warrior to fight barehanded until their axe can be relocated.

Trials:
Fixed the instance where whistles would drop in the following trials:
Ravana EX, Bismack EX, Thordan EX, and Sephiroth EX
Instead, the whistles were replaced with a 'Complimentary Tissue'.

Mounts
Fixed the issue where Tortoise mounts would not be equipped with a barf bag.

Dungeons
Antitower will now drop an item called the Pineapple Upside-down cake.
To accommodate this adjustment, Antitower will now be set to appear 100% of the time in expert roulette.
In fact, we just went ahead and renamed Expert Roulette to Antitower.

Monk: Forms are now replaced by two stances.
Hokuto Shinken: Increase auto attack speed by 1000%. Character now also yells "ATATATATATATATA" while attacking.

Ameri-Do-Te: You now deal 200% more damage with each skill. TP regenerates at double speed.

Scholar: Miasma and Energy Drain no longer miss.

I would die.

Hallowed Ground is now a trait.

Added effect: When a DRK is in the party, they lose their edginess and deal reduced damage.

Red Mage has been introduced to the land of Eorzea!
Red Mage is unlocked upon accepting the quest "Hats for All"
Players must first unlock the Fencer class first.
The base class of Fencer is categorised as a Disciple of War
The job of Red Mage is categorised as a Disciple of Magic.
We hope this will solidify Red Mage's Front Row role as a spellblade! In the circumstances, Red Mage shall be classed as a DPS.
Red Mage shall have native access to Conjurer and Thamaturge spells in addition to Red Mage unique spells and abilities!
Unlike other Mages, Red Mage's spells are all instant cast. However, spells are usable only as part of a Combo Action or as a Closer
Similar to Mudra inputs, depending on the combo utilised spells and actions may take on alternative forms and effects such as buffs, debuffs, and area of effect enhancements.

Machinist and Bard
Limit break: Now does noticeable damage.....lol sorry not sorry I play Machinist and played bard so watching your LB do nothing in the vault for example on the second boss is depressing.

Astrologian
-Diurnal Sect/Nocturnal Sect: Since Astrologians were stealing hate from tanks anyways, they will now just automatically tether to a tank when a sect is equipped. All hate generated by tanks is now transferred to Astrologians.

Crafters
-All specialists now have 9999 in Craftsmanship, Control, and CP, while other crafters have 0 in every stat.
-You can only do one craft per day unless you're a specialist.
-Specialist only skills will now cost 0 CP and any Additional (Cross-classable) skills have been abolished.

New Class!
Blue Mage
-Role: Tank
-Disciple of Magic
-Instead of learning spells from being hit by them, you will instead "throw" the spells back at enemies.
-While this class is still in the works, we feel everyone will be very excited about it.

Bard: Due to the overwhelming dislike of Wanderer's Minuet and the jarring playstyle change it brings, we will be removing it from the job. In it's place we will be adding a trait called Steady Aim, which will begin adding a stacking damage buff for every second you remain still. Once you move the stacks begin falling off, one per second.

Abilities that previously were only available during WM will now be available full time but will have a 1.5 sec cast timer added.

Machinst: Due to the feedback regarding the job's rng style of damage we will be removing the rng aspect of the abilites. To make up for this, Reload and Quick Reload will instead give a damage boost to the weaponskills it effects.

We are also adding in a toggle for Gauss Barrel and ammo box so that those who do not enjoy the graphics can hide them.

Paladin:

Adjustment:

Cover: Range is extended to 12y

Job traits added:

Adamant: While in Shield Oath, enmity is gained after a successful shield block or parry.
Enhanced Phalanx: Adds effect: Syphons enmity onto PLD from all party members within the effect of Phalanx.
Bastion: Occasionally reduces incoming damage by a critical amount. Damage is displayed normally with the amount reduced in larger bold text followed by a "!"

Abilities added:

Reprisal: Cast:Instant Cool Down:120s Duration:20s; Deals counter damage during a successful shield block with a potency of 30.
Phalanx: Cast: Instant Cool Down:300s Duration: ~s; Raises a protective barrier that reduces damage taken by 50% for 15s. Barrier Effect: Damage reduced is shared by all party members within 10y or closer to PLD. Effect ends when total damage reduced reaches or exceeds 75% of PLD max HP.

• Due to complains about Surecast being too situational we changed its effect to: Gain 5 Stacks of "Surecast". Every time a spell would be interrupted, one stack of Surecast will be consumed instead.
• • Surecast Stacks do not have a duration timer and you can stack up to 10 at a time
  • Because of this change: Enhance Surecast has been changed to activate 50% of the time
• Due to the addition of Fire IV and Blizzard IV, we added two new Status effects
  • Astral Fire IV: Used only when using Fire Spells under Enochian, Increases Fire Damage to a point higher than Astral Fire III
  • Umbral Ice IV: Used only when using Blizzard Spells under Enochian, increased MP recovery by 1.5x the amount recovered by Umbral Ice III

• Due to complaints about Enochian favoring Single Targets, we added an additional Effect to Flare.
  • Cocytus: Grants Flare a 40% chance to cause your next Blizzard IV to cost no MP, be instant cast and deal damage to nearby enemies. Duration: 12s
  • Cocytus: Grants Flare a 60% chance to cause your Next Freeze to cost no MP, be instant cast and deal ice damage with a Potency of 260
• We also added an additional effect to Freeze: Grants a 15% chance to inflict Deep Freeze on a target

Monk

• We increased the maximum amount of Greased Lightning Stacks to 10 and replaced all Determination, Critical Hit Rate and Strenght with Skill Speed

The following Skills now have a 40% chance to grant 1000 TP per use

Bard

• We changed the effect of The Wander's Minuet to the following: Increases damage dealt by 30% while binding the user, ceasing auto-attack and adding cast time to all archer and bard weaponskills.Can be used with other songs.
  Effect and Bind ends upon reuse.

Summoner, Scholar and Arcanist

• Due to complaints, We decided to undo all changes made to Summoner in patch 3.2
• To keep it accurate with the lore Deathflare now deals 500 potency and has a new Trait:
  • Ank Morn: Resets Aetherflow cooldown timer and Increases next Deathflare Potency by 100. Duration: 2 mins
• Becuase we felt bad ablout Leaving out Miasma II, Tri-Diaster has a new trait:
  • Quad-Disaster: 15% chance to inflict Miasma II
• We will allow Summoner to Crossclass Thunder from Thaumaturge
• Aetherflow Stacks are now immune to One-Ilm Punch

Items:

Due to the United States and European Union passing a ban on Maid Fetish Items, White birds and Official RMT in Video games. The Mog Station Optional Item store will close in North America and Europe. and the following items will not be available in North America and European Servers

• Any Armor with "Housemaid" or "Butler" in the title
• Original Fat Chocobo
• MGP Gold Card
• Titan Mask
• Ifrit mask

We have replaced the models of following items on NA and EU computers with the following items:

• Housemaid and Butler Sets: Hard leather Subligar, The Emporer's New Robe, See No Helm, Hear No Helm, Speak No Helm

Summoner Patch - Now Summoners are able to change their bar 3 Limit break depending on what egi is currently summoned. - Summoners have access to a Bahamut egi, This egi is able to unleash a barage of megaflares as the basic attack, while their Terraflare is cast by Enkindle. Scholar Patch - A new fairy is now summon-able, this fairy is named Helios. Its main function is to cast debuff and attacking spells at the enemy.( Please SE make this come true) - Eos gets a new skill that will create an affect similar to medica.- We are sad to report this, but Selene will be removed from the game since to it is only useful in trials, to make up for this loss a new fairy called OMG ITS SO BEAUTIFUL will be Selene's replacement. This new Fairy's skills involves , the sparkle fight, Double Rainbow, Fairy's illumination and Fireworks. These new skills are just for show, just summoning the fairy grants the whole party a regen affect that amounts to 9999999999999 hp

Ninja

• After discussions with Takaki, of Senran Kagura fame, all female ninjas with a bust over 85% get a 30% boost to dex. Femroes get this by default.
• After hearing how much everyone wants new Egis, Ninjas now have a 1% chance to call in Ifrit, Titan, Garuda, Ramuh, Shiva, and Leviathan when using Jutsu of their respective elements giving an boost.
  • Ifrit's Katon gives burning debuff of 30 potancy for 24s
  • Titan's Doton gives all all enmity to the tank as long as he stands in it.
  • Garuda's Huton gives the caster a Shroud of Plumes that does 30 DoT to enemies in range. Using Armor Crush also extends this.
  • Ramuh's Raiton does 720 Potency.
  • Shiva's Hyoton is now an AoE.
  • Leviathan's Suiton won't go away until you use Trick Attack/Sneak Attack.
• Goad's Cooldown has been redused to 30s.
• Kiss of the Wasp/Viper will not go away when synced.
• The Rabbit Medium might do something. Or it might kill us all.

Machinist
-Machinist has been renamed to Gunslinger to fix confusion one how to pronounce its name.
-Heartbreak has been renamed to "Shot Through the Heart" and you're to blame.
-You gave love a bad name.
-To further aggravate Summoners, the Gunslinger has been given Turret Glamour.
-To match Dismantle, Rend Mind will now throw a hammer at the enemy.
-To fit its name, Promotion now allows the Turrets to continue attacking. Bard will not be compensated with an equivalent buff.
-Reload can now only be used out of combat and has a cast time.
-Ammo can now stack up to 50.
-All weapon skills and abilities that use the gun to attack will now require ammo to cast.
-Blank will not use ammo, while Spread Shot will consume all ammo.
-We have decided to rename Gunslinger back to Machinist, but found a new way to pronounce the name.
-We're not telling you how to pronounce Machinist now.
-To aggravate Summoners even further, the Machinist can now glamour their Limit Break.
-Currently the only available Limit Break glamour is Brute Justice and Brute Justice(Savage).
-Ammo now has a duration of 2 seconds.
-Lead Shot has been fixed for realism and will no longer apply its Damage over Time effect to enemies that do not have blood.
-We don't like the name Machinist anymore, it's Gundude/Gungal now.
-Hot Shot has been determined too hot for a Gundude/gal's gun to properly handle, and the skill has been replaced with Shot.
-Shot works the same as normal, but looks roughly 50% less appealing.

-Ammo is re added to the game, now with a 10 second duration.

Bard:
- Foe's Requiem is now always turned on by default, and can be used with other songs.

WAR:

- Deliverance has been rebalanced to include 20% damage received reduction and 50% more damage output

- Fell Cleave now only needs 1 stack of abandon to use and features increased enmity and a 500 potency DOT with a 5 minute time.

- Internal release has been reassigned as a WAR trait, it will now increase crit rate by 75% effect ends upon reuse.

-Berserk has become a stance; by default it's always turned on, increases include 250% more damage output, it stacks with Deliverance :D

- Equilibrium has been rebalanced to 100000 potency cooldown is 15 seconds

- Inner Beast can now be accessed from Deliverance, potency has been increased to 500

- Vengeance now reduces damage by 99.95% and delivers an attack with a potency of 1200 every time you suffer physical or magical damage :D

I believe this would also balance the 'leet' aspect of end game hardcore raid guilds, with this, they would be irrelevant completely! statics would be replaced with solo Warriors for world firsts, and dual Warriors for speed runs :D
