Did not get Bennu mount :(

If I bought off the store, and it was never delivered in my mail, how can I go about getting? I tried the delivery request option as well. Do I have to submit a ticket in game?

There's likely some lag behind it, given it just went live. You may have to wait a while as a result. You could submit the GM ticket though, but they'll probably tell you the same thing. Doesn't hurt to try anyway.

Yea I was thinking about putting in a ticket as well, I purchased mine 12 hours ago, just got home and it's not in my mailbox. :(

Trying the live chat now, I'll let you know what they say, I bought this morning and confirmed on my service account it's there, but nada

Something similar happened to me what I bought a Fantasia.

nope, i always keep it empty....ocd :)

Last time I bought phantasia it took a few hours to receive in game. :s

Just to make sure, were you logged in the game when you bought it? I believe usually you want to be logged off for these sort of things and you get it when you log back in after.

I only had a few letters, cleared them out regardlessly and still no mount. :( Good suggestion though.

Of course right after I type that I receive the mount, lol...

Had the same issue. I'm guessing because it's account wide the reward request didn't ping it. I even tried logging out to no avail, but after closing the application out and restarting the launcher. It showed up.

Yes. Just hit the PS button on the controller and close the XIV app.

It's hot off the presses, so it seems everyone just has to wait a bit.

This happened to me as well. I was about to start worrying, but it did finally come so I think maybe the server was just overloaded for a bit. There are a lot of people getting them right now.

Is everyone here blind? There is that "Request item delivery" button at the top right corner once you open the mailbox.

Exit the game completely and then log back in again. That should hopefully solve it.

First time that happened with a mogstation item...
Normally you just need to login after getting it, or if you were online relogging...
This time you had to login and "update" your activity status with doing a dungeon!
Teleporting alone will not solve this, but the serverchange with an instance solved the delivery delay.
Maybe its enough to warp in and out of stonedummy training...

Doesn't always work.

Not exactly the same (but similar); made a new alt, went to grab all my rewards...took probably 20 minutes to get everything delivered, even with repeated presses of that button.

I had this issue. I bought it before i went t bed and when i woke up like 8 hours later it wasnt there in my mailbox like i expected. I did the request delivery and it took like 10 minutes.

and a couple of other people mentioned it as well. This doesn't always work. I clicked that button several times while waiting for my Bennu this morning as well as relogging to the game. I finally closed out the game completely and relogged and still didn't get it. About half an hour later (an hour or so total after I purchased it) I randomly got it in my mail after I switched zones.

I bought the mount last night and went to bed and it was not in my mail box when I logged in. I hit the Request Item Delivery button and got it within 10 minutes.

I hope everyone gets their mount soon :)
