By incorporating Maker's Mark, I generated a Low Craftsmanship version and a Low Craftsmanship/Low CP version of my high fidelity rotation for those who don't have the high stats. The actual craftsmanship requirement is unknown, but it's somewhere between 770 and 783 craftsmanship (possibly 780 or 781). CP can be as low as 407 base CP (+ the use of Seafood Stew HQ to reach 457), harboring 1 Hasty Touch in the rotation. You can have even lower CP than that, but you will need to use more Hasties. It also appears that these versions of my rotation actually provides slightly more quality than the original. These rotations can afford 1 failed Flawless Syn. There's either 1 Basic Touch at 90% or 1 Hasty Touch at 80%. So it's not 100% secure. But they're much more secure than spamming 10 Hasties. And if there's one Precise Touch, the product will very likely be HQ.

You gotta admire how perfectly those Comfort Zones are placed. There are just enough steps to fully utilize 2x CZ.
It doesn't mean the original rotation was useless. It is still a faster version of it that does not depend on the luck of Flawless Syn. All steps are 100% secure in this original version of it:

Note:
If you do not have the required craftsmanship lvl, you can substitute Basic Touches with Hasty Touches, and spend that CP on a Standard Synthesis, replacing a Careful Syn II.
However, if your control is too low, you will have to do more BT->HT substitutes to buy stronger touches in the finisher phase (and you lose the fidelity). (Thus, CP > control.)
Apart from high fidelity, another beauty of this rotation is that it's "Standardized". Unlike my usual Hasty Touch Rotation (11 touches) that requires much improvising, this rotation is simple and short, requires no Trick, and you can just click through the buttons without thinking too much, and no touches will fail.
This is a macro-able rotation, but I do not recommend doing it in a macro so there's a better chance of HQ.
Here is another rotation that utilizes Ingen2+Name+Brand, which one-shots the item. This "Brand-Name" Rotation requires 857 craftsmanship (Thanks Blueruckus for this requirement information, and I have confirmed it myself). You can use Baked Onion Soup to reach this high craftsmanship level. The CP here has been customized for the use of the soup (it does NOT require 472 CP, which only Seafood Stew can provide). And the 3rd Insecure Variant of it can actually reach IQ9. Thus, you can get away with less control and achieve higher powers. But of course, the more power you seek, the less fidelity you have.

The whole point of this is to find ways to quickly craft these things with as few Hasty Touches as possible since Hasty failures are annoying as hell.
If you are able to find any flaw or any room for improvement in any of these rotations, please do bring it up! I have been banging my head real hard to make these rotations as perfect as they can be. But if there are better ways (similarly secure, but gives more power on quality), I really would like to know! Thanks!

This rotation was streamlined-ly designed for people with very high stats, but does not require max melds on everything.
As you can see below, I have max melded my Hat, Gloves, Pants, Boots, and near-maxed-melded accessories.
But I have only added 4 CP on mainhand & offhand.
And I have only added 18 craftsmanship on the chest with nothing else (Competence III, III, III, I --> cheap!).
I did those cheap melds on chest and tools because I want to wipe and re-meld later with Tier V materia in the future.

I don't even have the new belt yet, which would have provided me with the tad bit more control needed for 100% HQ rate.
People like Sollux with everything maxed will be able to reach 100% HQ rate with ease.
Even with White Gear (but with new mainhand/offhand and accessories), one can still achieve the required 817 craftsmanship for the alternative base stats:

I'm just lacking 3 crafts here, which I could easily meld on a tool. My tools here are again only melded with 4 CP each.
However, to do it with white gear would mean lacking much control. Thus, it will further depend on Precise Touches, and substituting Basic T's with Hasty T's to exchange for stronger touches in the finisher phase. -

At 857 Craftsmanship you can one shot with ING2+Name+Brand combo at the cost of 21 CP (for name+brand). Not sure how, or if, it would fit in to your setup here but I use this combo for quick synthing stacks of NQ TA Ingots and Cloud Cotton.
I've been using a 9 HT macro for HQ'ing this stuff with moderate success, but RNG is RNG. I'm definitely trying out your rotation. Thanks. -

Notice although it can reach IQ8, my gut feeling tells me that it's actually slightly weaker than my original CS II rotation. This is because the CS II one has that extra Great Strides on an IQ5 Standard Touch, and the last Basic Touch is under the influence of Ingen2.
Furthermore, in order to accommodate for the required 857 craftsmanship you mentioned, this rotation CANNOT be used under Seafood Stew, but has to utilize Baked Onion Soup to boost that craftsmanship. (well, maybe you can reach 857 crafts without food, but not me... I don't have that max meld on mainhand/offhand/chest). This results in much lower control, thus, all the touches will be a lot weaker than those in the CS II rotation.
I could be wrong though, so I'll test it out tonight, and let you know whether my original CS II rotation or this Brand-Name rotation would give more quality.
On the right hand side, I have added in a few Insecure Variants that are buffed up with a bit more power by sacrificing fidelity.
These rotations have also been tailored for the use of Baked Onion Soup as they do not require 472 CP, but just need 469 CP (or 465 for Variant 2). -

Plus it's quite easy to gather them HQ (I have one hq for one nq ptérodactyle rate right now)
Plus... More then 70% HQ rate is more than enough XD
When I remember the old 3/4star craft where you sometime fail and have around 20% quality... But still manage to HQ
I think that more than 70% is good xP

Yeah, the 70% HQ rate is the point where you just passed the threshold.

As you can see, it needs about 80% filling of the quality bar to get over that steep curve and reach 70% HQ rate.
But at around 70% of the quality bar, you get only 30% HQ rate.
HQ Dark Chestnut Logs are soooo easy to get anyway. Retainers bring them back all the times. So pretty much at least 81% HQ rate is guaranteed. And if one lucky Precise Touch happens, then everything will go straight to 90-ish % HQ rate. To me, it's a better deal than doing a string of Hasty Touches, which I have a tendency to fail like 3 or 4 out of 10. -
