I think this is a glaring issue, and it seriously affects warriors tanking capabilities.
When a warrior needs to change to its tank stance, either from dps phases of fights or during a tank swap, then applying defiance ONLY gives you the healing bonus, but initially leaves you partially depleted of HP. This prevents a warrior from taking any immediate tank busters, while PLD and DRK instantly get their 20% mitigation from their buffs.
I feel I am being unfairly punished for this and more and more groups are refusing to take warriors to end game content because of this issue.
Please change defiance so a warrior is replenished the appropriate amount of hp to prevent this issue from making warrior literally unplayable in end game.

This does suck, but if defiance also served as a 6k heal that would be kind of ridiculous.. for example we could pop it when getting super low hp for a 5k heal... then follow that with equilibrium... like 8k heal... over kill just a bit to me..
Personally I will pop equilibrium rite after switching to defiance if I am around 50% hp before swapping and tend to do that quite often.. more than enough of a buffer for healers to turn their focus on me if need be.

Hmm, actually come to think of it, would it be really unfair if the following changes happened?
- Defiance - Increases maximum HP by 25% and heals 25% of current health + all the other things. Turning off Defiance incurs 20% damage on current health.
At any time you turn Defiance on or off, you stay at the same % of max health. So if you're at max HP w/ Defiance, by turning it off, you go back to full health without Defiance bonus.

Wait so warriors are going to bitch about stance dancing... when it comes with not resource cost? Pld have a min cost in MP but has to unclick current stance to apply the other stance. Drk has to burn 1/3 of total MP pool to turn on our only stance which is tank stance.
