Warrior stance swapping is broken, please fix SE

I think this is a glaring issue, and it seriously affects warriors tanking capabilities.

When a warrior needs to change to its tank stance, either from dps phases of fights or during a tank swap, then applying defiance ONLY gives you the healing bonus, but initially leaves you partially depleted of HP. This prevents a warrior from taking any immediate tank busters, while PLD and DRK instantly get their 20% mitigation from their buffs.

I feel I am being unfairly punished for this and more and more groups are refusing to take warriors to end game content because of this issue.

Please change defiance so a warrior is replenished the appropriate amount of hp to prevent this issue from making warrior literally unplayable in end game.

For that matter, Fell Cleave should automatically make all other party members use the applause and cheer emotes. THIS IS IMPORTANT.
