Oh my Twelve how this would be so nice!

Remove the above *practically* worthless UI element so you can give us that TP bar/value we want.

Definitely, this are both VERY much necessary changes, baboon are pleased.

The MND icon indicates you represent the MND buff in a party, if I recall correctly. It's only useless when not in a light or full party as shown in the screenshot.
That's the thing though, the buff is always something your class can use. It's info that just doesn't need to be on screen. If you're a WHM, you don't need a big MND buff icon telling you that you're on WHM, because hopefully you'd already know. The rest of the group doesn't need to know either aside from SCH, but they don't need a display on screen to tell them that there's a WHM in the group.
I agree wholeheartedly with this. It would be very nice. I also wish that the price defaulted to the last price you listed the item for.
it IS a buff. Just take a WAR, get a mate in party and notice how your HP go up by ~300. Iirc, the buff is about 15 points in each category filled.
I dunno dude. This is what addons would be amazing for because people can just include all this info and then some in more condensed, efficient ways as fast as there is demand for it.
What I would really like is the ability to sort items on that retainer window listing the 20 items currently on sale.
Currently if I have 3-4 of the same items listed on same retainer, they end up all over the place. When I want to adjust the prices, it's rather inconvenient to scroll up and down trying to find them all.
^that'd be nice.
About the stat-buff element...
People know without this element.
Everybody knows BRD is Dex, WHM is Mind, etc.
It's just needless.
I use the item-list resetting after each purchase as a selling strategy and set me qty's based on that so I can compete w/ out cutting cost. That being said I do agree it can be annoying from the consumer side of reopening every time to make multiple purchases. So in a sense I hope this is never changed but if it is I completely understand why.
i never pay attention to that seeing as how most parties you get in you don't have a choice... and that window closing every time you buy something is crazy annoying
/Yes
I would rather them take a few months off of developing new content and make these, plus many other QoL changes that could/should be implemented.
I want them to focus on a customization patch, giving us greater character customization options.
The face paint options are lacking, we need more types of tattoos (bodily ones, at that), better beards/stache's, so much.
They need one big push for customization/QoL.
Like +100 ;):D
I'd just like to point out that the mind buff is only from white mage and not from scholar. Not that is matters. I just don't like misinformation.
Hey, wanted to thank you SE for implementing the listing window not closing on every item purchase.
Another one I'd like to see is the Timers window(s) not closing when you click on the Market Board.
And the original suggestions... # of listings would change our lives for so much good.
Melding also needs a "maximum # of attempts" option so we don't have to sit through that long-winded failure animation over and over and over again.
Let's say I have 5 of a kind of materia I want to attempt to meld onto an item... I want the ability to say "try melding up to all 5 of these!".
If all fail, you get the one failure animation & a message stating you lost 5.
If it succeeds after 3 out of 5, you get the success animation & a message stating you lost 3.
Lastly, just like how you made it to where you can Repair from any Job so long as you have the specified craft appropriately leveled...
Do the same for melds please.
this. after my 200+ melding failures in a week, I was so bored that I was like "huh, this again....."
click item => click materia => click meld => click "OK I want to throw away my expensive materia at 7% duh" => repeat cuz RNGesus hated you for the 50th time in a row
that's a pain.
Just thought of a new one:
Let us craft from our inventory+retainer-inventory.
I'd even be okay with having to go to the bell & click an option to craft utilizing the retainer's inventory in addition to my own.
This would mean we wouldn't have to first unload stock from our retainers into our own inventory for crafting use.
Would be a godsend for Culinarian.
