Worlds:
1- EU needs servers that are actually in EU.
2- More Language specified servers... (EN GE FR JP) what no SP?
Character creation
3- Many more hair style options
4- Extended color pallet for skin tones? Red Sea wolf, blue hells guard?
5- Cross clan faces, all options unlocked for everyone
6- More facial features
7- Considerably LARGER options for tattoos... can I get a tattoo on my leg or back?
8- More face paint just because it would be fun to see what else could be done
Armory chest.
9- A way to pin gear to a slot so it always takes that slot when equip or not. (Sorting pains)
10- Make sets of gear from dungeons storable in the INN chest. Rework the bad window lay out
Mounts and Minions...
11- Increase drop rates of all mounts and minions... (A little blue bird told me this one)
Quests and repeats
12- More beast quest allowances...
Duty Roulette
13- TAKE low level TRIALS OUT OF LOW LEVEL roulette ... Low level trials don’t count for DR in challenge log
14- All DR should be open for partial or full parties.
Dungeons:
15- enemies with hate on someone can’t be locked out of boss rooms.
16- Copperbell mines (bombs in 2nd boss fight shouldn’t be killable by players only NPCs)
17-Cutters Cry move Sand bat 3 to the first room... GC hunting log nightmares
18- Take mythology crafting items out of HM dungeons or add a chest for them... finishing a run and getting a bottle of filtered water is disheartening.
Currencies
19- Put allagan coins back in dungeons... chests are worthless now with out them
20- Reinstate Philosophy and removed DL gear from dungeons. Put that it back in the shops. Add philosophy to level 45-50 quests, daily things, or Ventures.
21- More mythology, and remove the cap on soldiery its time. We all know 2.4 is bringing in new gear and new weapons that will make everything we have now worthless
22- More allied seals from hunts... the minimal amount they give now makes hunts a waste of time for casual players
Recommendations list
23- Revise the list allow players the option to change what is showing and allow players to add their own recommended list of things they want to do and achieve
24- Hunting log: GREAT, Sightseeing log: CRAP, Challenge log: MEH.
Emotes
25- Hugging, slapping, kicking, screaming, taunts, more poses because we are all posers (lol)
HUD
26- Resizing that doesn’t make the windows look like they were just sat on by a big barely man
Glamor system
27- Glamors are a pain to obtain, make the first 3 tiers shop sold
28- The whole Glamor system is a pain considers revising what record glamor data to a glamor sphere and allow a whole new way to approach looking good.
Hunts
29- Open world content brings out the worst in players and brings out the worst players. Ruin hunts and get rid of them. This game would be better off without them
30- Sands of time and oil of time should have never been made accessible through this content... supply VS demand is destroying social interaction... every zone is now a flame war because someone pulled early or some FC killed it and didn’t say anything...
Currently people stopped doing dungeons for myth and soldiery because farming hunts gives vastly better amount. In an hour a player can have capped myth and nearly capped soldiery

1. FREE COMPANY ALLIANCES
2. FC challenge logs
3. FC calendars
4. FC bulletin boards
5. FC achievements
6. Ability to sell or return FC houses
7. FC merger system (combines points/assets)
8. Linkshell messages
9. Linkshell bulletin boards
10. Linkshell calendars
That would be a good start. -

In the absence of a more flexible FC system, players have used linkshells at times as pseudo community hubs. Again, hunts being a great example.
Without meaningful improvements to FC infrastructure, adding in minimal ls improvements could go a long way.
Either way, we need an answer from SE on the topic of community infrastructure. -

To some degree, quests are out of balance in terms of their level. It would be nice if every quest was possible to complete (perhaps after a few failures) by a character of that same level.

Gameplay
To knock out the elephant in the room; adjust the rewards from hunts. I don't want them deleted or made totally useless. But I also don't want them to become the rampaging horde they are now.
Adjust the atma drop rates. Nuff said.
Personally I would like a more firm hand on crafting and gathering classes. I would prefer only 1 job at lvl cap, the rest are half way or not at all. This is mainly because I'm selfish and I would prefer players have 1 crafting class to focus on, that way things don't go full stupid when it comes to market.
Animations
I would like weight added back for movement. Just to make things slightly more interesting. I do not want it to slow down combat however.
Misc
All armor dyable by default, no need for these augmented sets or "old gear just called something new so we can dye it" sets.
I like the idea of prisms to keep crafters relevant but at the same time, the cost of prisims are just stupid, and I'm aware they are only expensive because we buy them as such. So on the one hand I would just like a vanity tab, but on the other, I completely understand and support the prisims. So mix bag there.
Expansion idea, the next continent we go to be big. Like super big, with just enough aetheryte as to not making it mind murderingly stupid to get around but large enough so that the world doesn't look or feel small.
Adding to the above, NMs wonder around with a lot more frequency, but offer nothing really of value but a % chance of dropping a vanity item. Ideally it would be enticing enough for people to try and kill one if they happen across it, but not enticing enough to drag an entire server to it. As stated, they spawn regularly (not this 1 per hour - 1 every 48 hour stuff) so there shouldn't be a rush to grab them. -

(So many things affect other things, devs can see this web better than players- plus even devs have ideas that are terrible that they find out as such because they test them... usually. Yeah, unfortunately what people want isn't always what is good and healthy. A social game needs to do everything in its power to promote social interaction and to do that, it must create a genuine need to interact with the same groups of players on a regular basis. Teleportation services from players and having to travel to dungeons may be frowned upon, but it provides the chance for other players to help those on their server. Similarly, forcing players to play with people on the same server instead of a cross server duty finder forces them to work together regularly with the same people. By the time those people reach end game, they know one another well and treat each other like fellow human beings. They aren't just playing for the loot, but because they genuinely appreciate each others' presence.
An MMO with high accessibility is making the statement that the player can get whatever he wants without making friends. We need the core of the game to not only promote having people work together, but to promote working with specific groups of people over and over again to build stable relationships. -

A more interactive community relations team for me. I mean yes they do a good job at monitering the forums and posting official updates and contests and reports on twitter and live letter updates and that's.... great
Then I log in Wildstar and...the community team does...pretty much the same and...Things like taking notice of a player who made their house into an MMA style fighting ring complete with stands and everything. So what does the community relations manager do? They send a rep to once a month act as referee and live stream matches on twitch and players come compete and watch in the stadium. Even players come and set up food carts. The rep rewards the top fighters with special titles and its a fun night for all.
A good community representative team can make or break a game. -

I got some things that had been bothering me about this game so I think it wil be better to list them and see if the community feels the same way.
* Elemental as functioning part of the game. I mean why do we even have elemental materia? For example, Ifrit is fire-based, but will melding materia to your gears as defense/offensive feature have any effect? Ice attacks dont do bigger damage on him and even some major LB's which is fire based kill him with impunity. What about Ramuh or even Shiva...
*Stats. there is no use distributing stats to any job because you will just be gimping yourself. When will distributing stats actually have some weight on your character? Having freedom to design different builds to a throng of bards, BLMs, Paladins, warriors, etc, can lead to a very interesting if not more enjoyable experience for us players.
*Crafting. Eventhough Yoshi said this will never have any end game role, I am primarily a crafter who still think being afraid of RMT's abusing this part of the game is utter garbage reason why it can't be done. Get rid of RMT's, not taking away the fun from loyal crafters who choose to grind it. It shouldn't be relegated for vanity or gil machine purposes only, give us some teeth to fight through the game content too.
I know most of this is impossible now or too late to do, but this is my opinion and how i think the game will be more enjoyable. -
