So my Wind-up Bahamut code has already been used...?

As the thread title states, I went to the Mog Station to put in my code for the Wind-up Bahamut minion, but it says that my code has already been used? How can that be? I just got the soundtrack on Saturday (March 29th) and opened it up as soon as I got it, but I just got around to wanting to put it in on Sunday (March 30th).

Can a moderator or someone please help me out?? I tried looking at the support page for Mog Station, but there is NO options shown for dealing with something like this. Please help. I don't want to shell out another $60 for a soundtrack and another downloadable code!

I already put this thread on the Bugs and Technical Support side, but I see that other things maybe more important than a user having their code for the downloadable minion being used already.

Just to confirm, you're entering the 20-digit code find inside the blue case wrap around that begins with RVAB?
If you are using that code, and you're receiving that error, then I would ask that you please open a ticket with the Support Center (NA/EU) and let them know about your issue.

Why can't you sell the album on itunes for those of us who don't care for minions?

Also did add your code with all the letter done in CAPS?

This. Most companies don't have their codes set up to be case sensitive but Square Enix seems to have it as a requirement. I got the same error with mine when I entered it today. Cleared it out and input the code again with Cap Locks enabled and the code was accepted without issue.

Probably due to the format. This isn't a CD album it's a Blu-Ray. They probably elected not to compress the tracks for digital distribution. Levi theme won't be there because the soundtrack only includes up to 2.1.

The OST only includes tracks up till 2.1

the only exception is the "secret" Gilgamesh battle theme

Upon downloading the tracks to a PC, there will be a "Secret" category, clicking that downloads a password protected zip file, the password is "Gilgamesh"

Find the password protected archive and unzip it with password: gilgamesh

You might also be trying to input the Japanese Square Enix Members serial code (on a red and black sheet of paper IIRC). The Bahamut code is actually on the inside of the small card sleeve that was on the outside spine of the CD case.

Thank you, Bayohne! I just saw this post after I was told on the Technical forums that this was answered. Will do, and yes, this was from the blue paper that I got right when I opened the soundtrack.

I downloaded mine and there isn't a "Secret" category :/

Ah I found it...although it was called ARR FXV 120 not secret ;)

The zip is called ARR_120_something, the category (used to select that zip) is called Secret.

I would highly advise against posting that code like you have... If CS has any chance of helping you out, freely sharing it like that pretty much shoots it to hell.

Well the code was invalid the minute I typed it into Mog Station. I just wanted to show proof that my code was invalid and also to show that all my register codes were listed but with no Wind-up Bahamut input, meaning I couldn't use the code and obtain the item.

Have you tried swapping out any 'B' for an '8' or vice versa?

After getting Before Meteor and having it as an insert on the case rather than a wrap, the wrap was a bit confusing (especially since I can't read japanese).

So I tried to get ahold of Digital River...well, there is NO WAY to contact them regarding getting a new code. This NEEDS to be done by Square-Enix themselves! THEY have the code, Digital River DOES NOT have it! Seriously, if this crap doesn't get resolved, I am NOT buying another product again from the Square-Enix store!!!

In other words, you'll have to return what you got and request a refund, explaining why, etc.

The code is part of the product itself, of course DR can't just give you a new code.
But the return and refund or exchange for a new copy you have to take with them.

Sadly, Digital River is well known for their issues. As to how the code is already used, that one does seem like it would be on Square Enix's end. Best of luck on getting a refund with DR though.

Where exactly is the code located in the disk case ? I have 3 paper inserts one that has a picture of the minon , one that has a code to register the product on the Jp enix site and one that has options for the disk . I cant read Japanese so am wondering where its located since everything on this one is in Jap unlike the last soundtrack which had the code clear as day in English .

Its a paper on the binding of the case.

Can anyone tell me where the code is actually located at in the disk case ? I have 1 paper that has a picture of the minion , 1 paper that has a product registration code and 1 paper that bas BDM instructions .
