So my Wind-up Bahamut code has already been used...?

As the thread title states, I went to the Mog Station to put in my code for the Wind-up Bahamut minion, but it says that my code has already been used? How can that be? I just got the soundtrack on Saturday (March 29th) and opened it up as soon as I got it, but I just got around to wanting to put it in on Sunday (March 30th).

Can a moderator or someone please help me out?? I tried looking at the support page for Mog Station, but there is NO options shown for dealing with something like this. Please help. I don't want to shell out another $60 for a soundtrack and another downloadable code!

I already put this thread on the Bugs and Technical Support side, but I see that other things maybe more important than a user having their code for the downloadable minion being used already.

Just to confirm, you're entering the 20-digit code find inside the blue case wrap around that begins with RVAB?
If you are using that code, and you're receiving that error, then I would ask that you please open a ticket with the Support Center (NA/EU) and let them know about your issue.

This. Most companies don't have their codes set up to be case sensitive but Square Enix seems to have it as a requirement. I got the same error with mine when I entered it today. Cleared it out and input the code again with Cap Locks enabled and the code was accepted without issue.

Probably due to the format. This isn't a CD album it's a Blu-Ray. They probably elected not to compress the tracks for digital distribution. Levi theme won't be there because the soundtrack only includes up to 2.1.
