Big Problem

Hi, I've a big problem with a Collector Edition Registration Code, currently I've a 30 day free trial account active, today I would insert my collector edition code, but all my tentatives to put in are declined with "Invalid", after that i click on Add New Service Account, and here the Code goes well! But now I've 2 service accounts and i can't know to do for cancel the second account and retrieve the code for my first account!

Please Help!

Yes....I know it....this post is only to have information by other people if someone have my own problem and if someone resolve it.

Yeah this same thing happened to a friend of mine and it took almost 2 weeks for SE to fix it. You have to submit a ticket and hope they get to it sooner rather than later. :(

I haven't read every single post, but from what I can gather when you contact SE about it they *may* move your collector edition items over (it seems rather hit and miss), but not the 30 days. Each service account can only have 1 Windows game or 1 PS3 game registered. You an have 1 of both (so that'll give you a total of 60 free days), but not 2 Windows accounts etc. The 30 days are only for use with completely new accounts, the exception being if you add PS3 service to an existing Windows service.

So how am I able to get my account Active again, if it says Inactive?
