    Big Problem

    Hi, I've a big problem with a Collector Edition Registration Code, currently I've a 30 day free trial account active, today I would insert my collector edition code, but all my tentatives to put in are declined with "Invalid", after that i click on Add New Service Account, and here the Code goes well! But now I've 2 service accounts and i can't know to do for cancel the second account and retrieve the code for my first account!

    Please Help!

    Takes like 2 weeks...

    Yeah this same thing happened to a friend of mine and it took almost 2 weeks for SE to fix it. You have to submit a ticket and hope they get to it sooner rather than later.

    I haven't read every single post, but from what I can gather when you contact SE about it they *may* move your collector edition items over (it seems rather hit and miss), but not the 30 days. Each service account can only have 1 Windows game or 1 PS3 game registered. You an have 1 of both (so that'll give you a total of 60 free days), but not 2 Windows accounts etc. The 30 days are only for use with completely new accounts, the exception being if you add PS3 service to an existing Windows service.
