Cannot Progress Main Scenario past "Back from the Wood"

i'll update this list of players having a Similar Bug as i see them this isnt a passing issue one that'll resolve itself by relogging or "Remaking" our characters so @ any GM that'll see this PLEASE forward this to the developers!

(sorry to deviate from template here as this is more a issue than possibly a bug.)

Details:
after completing 2 days ago "Back from the Wood" i logged off went to bed and focused yesterday Mostly on unlocking Dragoon (leveling MRD to 15.) after getting DRG i went to continue double checked gamerscape wiki and "Shadow of Darkness" is the next quest in line. so i travels back to the Solar where the NPC Minfilia is and who gives the quest.

however she shows no Storyline Quest Icon. only utters the last line of diolouge after when you turn in Back from the Wood. no ammount of relogging character switching reentering has worked. the only active quests atm is a levequest (yet to initate) & Dungeon Side story "Braving new Depths"

while idling there talking to both Linkshells and my FC "The Iron Paw" i spotted someone turning in said quest "Back from the Wood" and receiving Shadow of Darkness.

After back from the wood, I focused on leveling up my thalamage and conjurer to unlock summoner and scholar respectively. After I went back to the NPC Minfilia, she would only repeat the last lines from back from the wood.

i hope a solution to this happens soon kinda gettin bored grinding crafting classes

i've tracked my steps over curious in this time that you worked on your Thaum, did you redo the dungeon for someone? (where you rescue the elder slyph) as i did the same i wonder if it is setting an improper Flag on our characters if we do it and not start the next Quest before so.

(i wont lie i've let my curiosity get the better f me for thinsg w/ XI so i can see that the servers could be bugged at such a way each chars store certain progression data via a variable or Database setting and if the NPC's only trigger if they expect a spefic Data value and see something else. that it could bork the characters)

if a Fix is given PLEASE square Enix by all that is holy DO NOT RESET or ROLLBACK~! do something like look for affected players and forcibly set the next Storyline Quest to started.

@GM Mauksee as it seem sin a few posts you have been a goto w/ the developers please Forward this topic to the developers.
