Leves of Hawthorne mission bug

I swear I finished this mission, but it says I haven't. The mission is still not completed. I have searched all over the mission area on the map and I cannot find anything, I have no option to initiate the quest, and I can't complete it. I have searched around for hours for anything that'll help me finish the mission and I can't. I cannot do any addition Leve levels until I finish it.

I don't know. I thought I did the Leve of Hawthorne mission and then finished it. I returned and then it acts like I haven't finished it and I cannot find anything to help finish this mission.
