No Cutscene after Haukke Manor, Unable to Progress Story Quest Now

Steps:

On the story quest, Skeletons in Her Closet. This quest is to use the duty finder to enter Haukke Manor. Queued up in duty finder. While in duty finder I began a chocobo porter ride from Bentbranch Meadows to Gridania. Halfway through ride, duty finder pops and I hit commence while still on said chocobo porter rider.

I complete the dungeon. I exit the dungeon. No cutscene occurs and I am now on my chocobo porter ride again. My quest however is complete and say Return to Ursandel. I return to Ursandel in Gridania. There is no way to turn in the quest. I click on the map button in the journal log to find the location of the objective. Clicking map causes the sound effect of hitting the button but no map appears. Hitting the map buttons does nothing.

In conclusion, I am unable to turn in the quest to Ursandel. I am unable to find an NPC to turn the quest into. I also ran Haukke Manor again. No cutscene occurred the second time. I was not on a chocobo porter that time.

1. Be on Skeletons in Her Closet
2. Queue in Duty Finder
3. Get on Chocobo Porter Rider from Bentbranch Meadows to Gridani
4. Accept Duty Finder Commencement while on Chocobo
5. Complete Dungeon
6. Exit and now have no cutscene

Same problem here as mentioned in another thread, and to add to it I think I was on a Chocobo porter as well when I got ported into the dungeon, when I got back I was on the chocobo porter ride again and I have the same error with being unable to talk to Ursandel.
