Please let us enter the registration code in the digital upgrade service to gain the Ingame items that come with our purchase.
As it is, you never informed us on your product page the issues we could face in relation to existing accounts. Only on your forums pre-release.
Since those forums have been deleted/purged since, there was no way of knowing this for some people.
Please consider offering the customers who purchased CE PC and are standard account holders a way to redeem the content they purchased without having to spend another 20$

as stated in a thread i made, i am NOT happy with how this was treated and how i was treated as a customer when i asked what could be done.
there needs to be a way for us (those have a version 1.0 SE account) to be able to use the code we got from purchasing our physical CE to upgrade, because right now, i dont want to play this game if i cent get what i paid for, i was fully willing to pay for a full 90 days upfront to enjoy the game, but right now, im debating the competance of the service, can we please have something done about it! -

Right now the only way to get CE items from a ARR CE purchase, digital or physical, is to buy the PS3 version and link your 1.0/legacy account to it.
For those who do not own a PS3 and have 1.0/legacy accounts, you must NOT purchase ARR CE but rather opt for the digital account upgrade.
otherwise you will need to spend an extra 20$ to redeem the ingame items since they are tied to the account service code provided with the box, and not as a optional service code.
This was an issue known in beta since last May, but it was never mentioned on the product's page. -

I agree. Many other MMO's allow one to merge the codes to ones account and I find this to be quite bewildering. One would assume they would implement the digital upgrade to older 1.0 accounts to include both physical and digital CE upgrades.

I fully agree, with the additional things the physical version of the CE came with, along with the video posted showing everything it comes with, further enticing us to buy it, I think that at the least we should be able to use that code to upgrade our accounts. I mean, seriously, with those things who would really WANT the digital CE over the physical one?
