Where do I get refund if I bought from SE store?

*sigh, again, sorry for posting here, but SE has still yet to launch a section for billing questions -.-

Anyone know where I should go to cancel my pre-order? Or is it too late at this point? I've given up.

You do realise the game will be up and running very soon? Are you seriously going to quite the game entirely because of these temporary issues?

Passport, if you purchased it with visa/paypal, you can go through them for a refund. I wouldn't rely on S-E to facilitate it lol

yeah you can go to your email receipt or www.findmyorder.com it should have a cancel order button

Lol really? Sorry you posted here? No your not. World of Warcraft at launch was really bad. Just think of all the players that said "that's it I want my money back"...yeah they really show'd them huh HAHA.

Do you know how many times they like other MMO's hear "I going to get my money back" and then how many REALLY leave? So stop posting and leave I understand some took time off to play some didn't.

I work for a software development firm myself. Nothing big time like Blizzard or SE, but seriously, enough is enough. None of my clients would even bother put up with this mess. Why should I?

You clearly never been to first days of an mmo. Remember Wow or any of it's expensions? Remember Diablo 3?

Actually, i want a refund too. Not because i wont be playing; its because i ordered it again for the specifically advertised early access.
So for me, this is of relevance. Also the EU site wont allow cancelling. I made a Ticket regarding my purchase in will notify Paypal tomorrow.
Well, ill still be playing due to my CE v1.0.
