Passport, if you purchased it with visa/paypal, you can go through them for a refund. I wouldn't rely on S-E to facilitate it lol

I work for a software development firm myself. Nothing big time like Blizzard or SE, but seriously, enough is enough. None of my clients would even bother put up with this mess. Why should I?

Actually, i want a refund too. Not because i wont be playing; its because i ordered it again for the specifically advertised early access.
So for me, this is of relevance. Also the EU site wont allow cancelling. I made a Ticket regarding my purchase in will notify Paypal tomorrow.
Well, ill still be playing due to my CE v1.0.
