Anyway to edit your pre-order payment options?

Had to close my bank account that was associated with my pre-order, does anyone know if there is a way to edit the credit card information on your pre-order?

Who did you order it from?

Oh sorry I got it directly from square enix NA

I couldn't imagine being able to change your credit card information for an item that you've already agreed to purchase.

However, since it hasn't actually charged I would reccommend talking to Square-Enix. They'll either cancel the order for you (allowing you to re-order) or change it for you.

If you bought the physical copy you wouldn't have much to worry about as far as getting it on time (You have until the 30th to register the full game code if you're in the Early Access).

There's plenty of companies that allow you to change your payment options if the transaction hasn't occurred yet (IE: Amazon, Newegg, etc.) but yea I came to the same conclusion as you, I'm sitting in the live chat queue. Hopefully I won't have to re-preorder seeing as I already applied my EA codes on my account for my current pre-order.

I'd still sit in the queue just in case they can. He did mention it was for a different game (and most likely a physical copy).

Hopefully since you went digital it should be something SE can handle.
