Oh sorry I got it directly from square enix NA
I couldn't imagine being able to change your credit card information for an item that you've already agreed to purchase.
However, since it hasn't actually charged I would reccommend talking to Square-Enix. They'll either cancel the order for you (allowing you to re-order) or change it for you.
If you bought the physical copy you wouldn't have much to worry about as far as getting it on time (You have until the 30th to register the full game code if you're in the Early Access).

There's plenty of companies that allow you to change your payment options if the transaction hasn't occurred yet (IE: Amazon, Newegg, etc.) but yea I came to the same conclusion as you, I'm sitting in the live chat queue. X_x - Did you get the physical copy or the digital?Just to let you guys know I have sent SE store an email about something similar to this regarding a different game. They responded saying they cant do anything about it because technically you bought it from a store called digitalriver(they apparently run the NA SE store) and I would have to deal with them about cancelling pre-orders or changing CC info.
oh snap, I got the digital collectors. So Square NA cant help me I have to go talk to digital river huh?
I'd still sit in the queue just in case they can. He did mention it was for a different game (and most likely a physical copy).
Hopefully since you went digital it should be something SE can handle.
