They want to solve that problem but the best they have been able to do is add UIs and reminders to upgrade to the job. Removing classes is very complicated.

This unfortunately detracts from your previous point about job identity, because if WAR is about converting damage into heals then DRK is about magic shields and giving it all these heals would make it like WAR.

I think they have been working out at least 1 other language from what I saw recently but it's a slow process, so we probably shouldn't expect anything until they say. Without just using the ever-controversial AI or google translate it means a person has to actually go through 10 years of stuff and translate it...
