Personal player housing demolished after 6.5 dropped ( Part 2 )

Last thread got me nowhere. Do not push my issue to "Working as intended" without explaining why the system put in place on the Lodestone is working as intended.

Let's try this again, the bug I am submitting is that my personal player housing was demolished even though I have been actively visiting and entering the house within the last 45 days. This happened a day or two after the 6.5 dropped.

My timers interface never indicated that my plot was up for demolition before or after the 6.5 patch.

They don't really post replies publically anymore. They may contact you privately if they think there is a reproducible bug report with "sufficient information".

They get a lot of reports that are just misunderstandings of game mechanics or text which a veteran player can identify swiftly. There are also a lot of reports that don't follow the template to provide information that could be relevant, such as Date & Time, server, character and system information. Or sometimes it is not a bug but a feature, or otherwise intentional.

Because of that it can lead to a genuine concern potentially being dismissed and regarded as the above, especially when it contains as little information as your previous post. But it's also possible that an investigation of the provided information could not show any evidence of a bug.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. So it's safe to say that if given the information I posted is factual, and the demolition still occurred, then perhaps Lodestone is wrong and needs to update their conditions of demolition? If that is not the case, do you feel there is any more information I can post to help resolve this bug? Any information I've omitted in my bug report doesn't seem to be applicable. I'm confused as to what you're asking.

In regards to my last post, are you suggesting that I just accept that the verdict of whoever moved my previous post to "Working as Intended" is right and I am wrong? I don't see how this is constructive in resolving the issue at hand.

I don't know, since I don't know what information they will want for this case, but there are other pieces of information in the template that you didn't include, although perhaps those things didn't have an applicable answer and would have just been N/A anyway.

No, because sometimes a second post does get put into a different forum, sometimes even for similar post content. In the previous post, an objective reader would conclude there is not much information there at all, whereas there is a lot more in this one, so it might have a better chance.

But be aware that sometimes they just don't agree or don't accept the report whatever you do. You'll just have to see what happens.

if they contact you further then they acknowledge that it could warrant further investigation. If they do not and move your thread again to "working as intended" then you're SOL.
