I am 100% lost for the first time since starting FFXIV 6 months ago and I'm hoping someone can help!
I am working on leveling up my Gunbreaker. I am level 65 and came to East Shroud to find Radovan for my level 63 and level 65 quests but I can't find him. There's no Quest on the map and no NPC at 17.21, 21.9, where every website I've scoured tells me he should be.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong,or where I can really find Radovan?

While on Gunbreaker check the main scenerio guide on your HUD (default top left). https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/game_manual/view/
Your currently available job quest will be listed underneath the current MSQ. You can click on it for a map. -

Now, after reading your very helpful bonus tip, I went back and read the line above that travel asterisk and found exactly the clue that may have helped jog my memory - "As they intend to broaden their horizons, Sophie and Radovan suggest moving on to Ul'dah to seek out their next client." *Le sigh* -
