(Possible Spoilers) Jobs on The First Shard?

So, had an idea I wanted to ask about for fun and games; just hit Shadowbringers on my main, was looking over my old questions, and it came to me.

Basically, I was wanting to ask about the natural development/availability of player jobs - or their equivalents - on The First Shard, the world of Shadowbringers. I've asked some questions previously about Samurai, Reaper, and Sage potentially being available to people from the world, and I got curious about the rest of the jobs as well; here's what I've found so far:

Gladiator/Paladin: Confirmed

Marauder/Warrior: Confirmed

Lancer/Dragoon: Plausible(?), there are a few Lancers on the First, and several dragon-like monsters, but no actual Dragoons from what I can tell.

Pugilist/Monk: Confirmed

Rogue/Ninja: Plausible, the Blue Jongleur uses Rogue skills, though I have yet to find out if she uses actual ninjutsu attacks.

Archer/Bard: Confirmed

Thaumaturge/Black Mage: Confirmed

Summoner: Unknown, as while you can get books, summon magic might be looked down on.

Scholar: Plausible, as it is possible to make pacts with Pixies, and books are obviously a thing.

Conjuror/White Mage: Confirmed

Blue Mage: Unknown.

Dark Knight: Plausible

Machinist: Unknown; while there are a few guns available on The First, the Aetherotransformers might not be possible to create.

Astrologian: Unknown.

Samurai: Plausible, there are katanas on The First, though the actual skills would be much different, possibly.

Red Mage: Confirmed

Gunbreaker: Unknown.

Dancer: Confirmed

Reaper: Plausible, Ran'jiit is pretty similar to one, scythes are technically common farming equipment, and it is possible - though a bit difficult - to summon The Void on The First.

Sage: Plausible(?), as Nouliths can be basically anything, though the exact healing magic displayed - as well as the technology used - might not be available.

So, taking a look at all the different jobs, it look like most of them are either confirmed or at least plausible to exist on The First, at least from what I've found. Keep in mind, this is based on my experiences so far, and while I've read quite a bit on Shb - it got spoiled for me a long time ago, so I already know it's main twists and turns - I'm still no 100% certain on everything.

So, what do you guys think? You think Machinist, Gunbreaker, and Sage equivalents might be possible to develop naturally on The First? What jobs do you think are possible?

Scythes and nouliths aren't super special things, though. Scythes and scythe-like tools appear just about anywhere with agriculture, so, Ranjit aside, we don't have to reach very far to explain away the scythes on the First as just being farming tools that people sometimes decide to use as weapons. As for the nouliths, the Sage quests say they were originally magic rocks and are now essentially just specialized short staves. So any culture with rod- or scepter- wielding mages could have a cache of weapons suitable for repurposing to the sage arts. That the game categorizes them as nouliths for our benefit need not imply that their original in-universe wielders were sages or practitioners of sage-like arts. They could have used them as scepters or wands for thaumaturgy or conjury until we found them and decided we could maybe use them for pewpew and healazors.

Seeing as Thancred became a gunbreaker during his time on the First and was still a rogue prior to being summoned, I think it's safe to say that gunbreakers probably exist on the First. We just don't happen to see any gunbreakers on the First other than Thancred.

Natively, GNB, MCH and and SGE weapons are found on the First, and Thancred after all first adopted the GNB Job there, having a Lionheart gunblade specially manufactured to his required specifications by the Crystarium, so at the present time they'd know about it.

Accordingly it may be presumed that all player Jobs from the Source have been introduced to the First by G'raha bringing information about them on the Crystal Tower, and so the Norvrandtians adopting them for their own use (remember, he's been there a century, more than enough time for things like GNB to become established there).

Also, it may be retconned but some of the Jobs were renamed on the First based on the duty against Ardbert and his friends back in HW (only Ardbert's Job's name was the same, as in WAR, the others all had their jobs renamed - PLD was 'Knight', BRD was 'Ranger', BLM was 'Magus' and WHM was 'Devout', but that was more probably to be a FFIII reference and not indicative of anything further, and has probably been retconned or outright ignored now.).

Which sounded to me like an implication of Thancred, but it's not explicit so could be someone else.

Yep, I had the renames about said jobs - Paladin is Knight, White Mage is Devout, Black Mage is Magus, Archer/Bard is Ranger, along with several others I can't remember right now - but I ended up hitting the character limit on the post, so I had to delete that info.

I don't think summoner and scholar would be available as jobs on the First. Summoner requires you to be bathed in the aether of a primal in order to summon them forth afterwards and there aren't any primals. Scholar's faeries are not the same as pixies. The pixies are the souls of dead children while faeries are Nymian aetherical constructs. Since only the Nymians know how they're made, we can't make new scholars, let alone have them on the First.

Dragoon is in a similar situation to summoner. The art of the dragoon was created specifically to fight dragons. Dragons don't exist on the First so there's no reason for them to create the same fighting style. The more complex abilities of the dragoon also require draconic aether through Nidhogg's eye so only the Azure Dragoon can do these special things.

So, it looks like Astrologian is still unaccounted for; personally, given that you can find spirit globes on The First, it does seem like it might be a viable job - I could see it being popular with the Night's Blessed in particular. Though, that doesn't necessarily mean much; as mentioned in a previous question, it could be an example of gameplay and story segregation, with the player simply having access to these weapons for the sake of gameplay. Though, didn't Uriangar double down on his Astrologian job during Shb...?

Also, I can't help but get hung up on Machinist; not because of the firearms, mind you - like Enkidoh said, guns are a thing there - but because the Aetherotransformers, which are what actually creates the bullets for Machinists, are a relatively recent invention of the Source, and it seems unlikely that The First would have them. That being said, again, there is a possible counterpoint; Minfillia/Ryne was shown to be creating bullets for Thancred's gunblade, meaning that it could be possible for someone to be able to create rounds using their own aether regardless. I dunno, feels like a bit of a reach to me, but I wanted to put that out there; mainly because the idea of high-fantasy post-apocalyptic gunslinger is REALLY cool.
