A word from the italian community about social media posts

Hi, i'm an italian player, and yes, i know very well that this game has no support for the italian language and it will probably never have one, like a lot of other languages in the world (spanish over all)
Anyway, i want to report on an unprofessional way of handling the comunications on social media like the official facebook page for Final Fantasy XIV.
I imagine that the posts on that page are show based on your country since here we see post translated into italian. The sad part about that is that those post are full of grammatical errors, (probably like this post, but hey, i'm no international pr of a international company so maybe you can forgive my errors ;) ) it seems they are translated using google translate and i don't think that's professional.
For example, Crystal Exarc translated into Crystal EXAM or stream (twitch stream) translated litteraly into the word we use to describe a river stream...
Have any other player from different countries noticed something like this? And how can i report this situation to someone that can look into it?

The italian post begin with: "Greetings, Hot blooded adventurers!" That sentence is nowhere to be seen in the english post
IT'S JUST A DIFFERENT VERSION OF THE PAGE THAT SHOWS DIFFERENT CONTENT BASED ON YOUR LOCATION
AND INDEED THE ITALIAN VERSION HAVE SOME REALLY BAD TRANSLATIONS "GOOGLE TRANSLATE" LIKE.

Are you sure it's not just facebook's auto-translate feature kicking in? If so, that's something SE can't really do anything about aside from putting their posts out in Italian in the first place.

Official posts are done in the Official supported languages. If you see something other, it is likely an auto-translate feature you have in your browser (or the web site) that kicked-in.

Mamma mia, try using the feedback forums next time.

it's not the auto translate function, we're italians but we're not THAT dumb. the post are just badly written in a bad italian, geez some posts even have some part translated and some parts like product names such like: The Eorzean Symphony Orchestral Album Vol.2 not translated. if it was an autotraslate even those would be translated.

No one called you dumb, nor have I ever heard any sort of stereotype about Italian's intelligence.

Not necessarily. SquareEnix uses the English version of their product names in all of their posts in the various languages, so if you're seeing an autotranslate from a non-English language to Italian it's not going to translate the English product names or phrases. For example, this image shows the same post on the official English twitter account, the official German twitter account, and the official German twitter account translated to Italian by Google Chrome autotranslate, from left to right respectively.

also with the title not translated i was only showing you that is not an auto translate function, or the title of the product will be translated too

Spanish is the second most spoken language in the world and we have no official translation.

Pure logic about this company.

Are you quite sure this is an official page maintained by Square Enix? The official website only links to https://www.facebook.com/finalfantasyxiv regardless of language version. I was able to find a few other similarly named FFXIV facebook pages in different languages, including German, Spanish and Russian (out of these only German is an officially supported language). Common to all of these is that they lack the "Confirmed Page Owner: SQUARE ENIX, INC." indication in the page transparency box which the English version has.
