Holmgang is strong because 3m cd. This allows multiple uses during the fight.
Hallowed Ground is strong because it takes no damage. 7 minute cooldown.
Living Dead has neither of these advantages at best.
Living Dead has the same downsides as Holmgang (dropping to 1), but slower animation and a more stringent healing requirement, and at worst, you literally die. For at best an extra 3s invuln (not 4 seconds - WAR can sit on 1hp or a regen ticking, DRK requires healing. Waiting 10s in WD will kill your DRK).
Living Dead and Hallowed Ground might as well have the same cooldown, as 5 minutes is still too long to have multiple effective uses in (most) fights.
Either Living Dead needs a longer Living and Walking Dead duration, or a 3m cd.
