Here is the direct quote from your classifications section:
"Preferred World: Relatively sparsely populated World with room to spare. Players who transfer to or create new characters on these Worlds will receive special bonuses."

It would be nice if you put as much effort in to actually resolving this instead of closing off my attempts to discuss it.

It's posted in black and white, as above. You can go read the page for yourself. I don't buy everything, but I have been spending money above the sub fees for optional items etc. However, if you're going to cheat people and not give them what they pay for, I will be really reluctant to continue purchasing anything, and advise others of the same.

As a company, it is really in your best interest to honor your advertisements. It's even in your own game that "Reliable, Quality goods keep the customer returning".

Don't know where you're quoting from (link please? you only linked your other thread, not where you where you were quoting), but the page with details about the incentives is here:

It specifically says about "Bonuses for Transferring from Congested to Preferred Worlds". Jenova wasn't congested at the time of your transfer, hence you had to pay as well as didn't receive any bonuses.

They both outline how the reward incentives work. They explain the rewards for transferring from a congested world to a preferred world (what your quote from the Mogstation was referring to). However, there is no mention of any Standard to Preferred world rewards. We do apologize for any confusion.

Please be aware that this is not a technical issue. As such, I cannot give any more assistance than the general information already provided.

By this logic, I could go ahead and write that I will murder everyone on the forums, as I will just write elsewhere that I will only murder them if they try murdering me first... see why that doesn't work?

Technically, my account is missing rewards. Legally, this is false advertising. Logistically, only partial service was completed. It's not really up to me how you categorize it.

It wouldn't be very nice, but all you had to do to stay legal was give me 1 gil. I really don't understand what seems to be a policy of "don't do anything".

The only situations that will net you rewards for transferring are as follows:

—Creating a character on a New World (Omega and Louisoux are the only two New Worlds that I am aware of; I do not know if they are still considered New Worlds at this point in time)
—Transferring a character to a New World (Omega or Louisoux)
—Creating a character on a Preferred World
—Transferring a character from a Congested World to a Preferred World

Since you did a transfer from Jenova to Midgarsormr, you are not eligible for any of the transfer incentives, as Jenova is not a New World or a Congested World. The only Congested World as of this time is Balmung.

On that same page that you linked in the above post, there is an additional tab for you to select that explains what kind of transfers are eligible for the transfer incentives (transfer from Congested to Preferred).

The wording on the first tab may be ambiguous, but the second tab covers all the applicable terms and conditions. SE hasn’t done anything “illegal”; unfortunately, you either did not thoroughly read the transfer guidelines, terms, and conditions; or you misunderstood them.

The page this link points to both includes the bit you quoted at the top of this thread as well as an explaination that you have to be transferring from a congested world for the incentive to apply. So I’m unsure of the confusion short of maybe not having read the page in its entirety or not understanding it. It wasn’t “added later in another post”, it’s all part of the same page.

Omega & Louisoux haven't been 'new worlds' for quite some time by now. There are preffered worlds though but this changes to the lowest pop one it seems. Both Omega & Louisoux have also lost the preffered status for now.

If you wish to see an updated list of Congested, Standard and Preferred Servers, you can take a peek at the following page: Regarding Character Creation Restrictions and Statuses of Congested/Preferred Worlds.

As it stands, "Balmung" is currently the only server which is considered to be a "Congested World". There are also no worlds anymore which are being classified as "New Worlds", so the only way to get the bonuses, would be to transfer from Balmung to one of the following "Preferred Worlds" or creating a new character on either of those worlds:
