The problem with SkS is that you're likely to lose part of its benefit it you have any downtime from mechanics or boss jumps.
From a pure theoretical standpoint (ie.100% uptime, infinite duration), SkS is very close to Det and I'd even say it could be better because of the extra gauge generation for WAR/DRK.
In practical situations, you're unlikely to realize the full benefit of SkS and I would consider it worst than Ten after certain threshold (e.g. 9 gcd in berserk)
