Purchase Mistake Due to Mog Station Glitch
This morning during my hype to get into the game and wanting to make a brand new Au Ra I bought a fantasia and name change and applied to the only Balmung character displayed. Well, I forgot there was an alt on this account that was a seeker instead of a keeper and the names are nearly identical. My main for some reason did not display so the services were bought for the level 12 alt.
I talked to live chat who said he could not do anything and all his supervisors were busy due to the HW release so I come here to ask for help. I understand I made a mistake, but if the mog station would have been working properly I would have seen the two characters and I would have been reminded of the alt and double checked. Instead I assumed the one character that was showing as being on Balmung was the main I play everyday.
I don't care if you delete the alt character if the reason for not being able to issue the refund is due to not being able to take away the services or just take back what was purchased since I have not used either of them. I have not played her for months. I just really feel like I wasted 20 dollars and the fix should be easy on Square's end.
