Do private chambers expire if not used?

It's a simple question, but one that no one else seems to have asked. It's well known that you lose your housing plot if you don't use it for a certain amount of time - 60 or 90 days, if I remember right. However, does this restriction also apply to individual Private Chambers within a Free Company estate? Assuming your Free Company's estate is still there, and you're still a member, of course... will you lose your own Private Chambers if they go unused for too long?

As far as I know this is the last thing they've said about losing housing after a set amount of time.

Really? I was dead certain that the "time limit" for housing was already an established fact, at least for the plots themselves.

I hope someone will correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know it's still not in the game.

The land auto-forefit idea you mentioned has not been implemented as Cutie_McSniggles said.
So in short, atm you will not lose your private chamber due to inactive logon if the hosue still there ^^;
