Was wondering about this too. Maybe a 1.0 artifact where GP was useful to Fisher? I started with 2.0 so I don't know.

You are right, the master rings were introduced after 2.0 Release. Mmmh. Makes no sense at all then lol.
Not everybody has fully melded rings. If it is your 1st DOL character, the ring is kinda useful to some extent. Of course not for already capped characters.Quote:
