Change Morale to Determination in Front Lines

People who worked their butts off for PVP gear should be able to use their hard earned gear in Frontlines, same as the PVE crowd. Have Morale function as Determination or some other class relevant stat when used in Frontlines.

Don't just outright disable it!

Now PVP gear is as good as PVE gear in frontlines only. It's functionaly exactly the same as it's always been in PVE and Arena PVP - subpar to PVE gear and way too OP for Arena pvp.

Replacing morale with det would work really well IMO.

Frontlines is popular because it caters to players who don't have decked out PVP gear or are new to PVP. Wait till more Frontline instances come out. I have no doubt they will eventually have a frontline with higher iLvl sync and moral.

Morale IS determination for pvp.

i bet they will introduce morale back , they just wanted people to get interested in frontlines first and have at least 70% of them with pvp gear

90 pieces of PvP gear have Determination already, 86 have Critical Hit Rate, 42 Spell Speed and 37 have Skill Speed. So replacing Morale with Determination on all gear pieces is not a good idea, but a fair one for those pieces without it.

Ignoring the baseless accusations you made... Right now PVP gear is effectively crippled in frontlines because one of it's stat slots is removed in PVP. No other gear is treated like this. The absurd thing is this is the stuff you buy with the marks from doing frontlines! 200-600 Marks to be used on... PVP stuff right? And it's far more than you could get doing arenas remember? It totally upsets the balance for PVP gearing in general.

Determination is just the off the cuff suggestion I had. I also said 'or some other class relevant stat'. You could take that Morale and make it Crit or Skillspeed or whatever if determination is already used.

I'm not advocating an unfair advantage to people who PVP. I'm advocating replacing morale with something else when it can't applied.

Accuracy is pretty much a dead stat also.

But you can pick and chose from plenty of PVE gear that doesn't have accuracy.

Its a bit more limited than you think. Each class currently has 10 non-PvP i80+ Armor sets, and close to half of the pieces in each slot have accuracy making them equal to PvP gear. Parry is also a semi-bad stat making a good chunk of the tank gear worse than the PvP gear.

And my point was that Morale isn't the only dead stat.
