Error in the Seals Reward in Kindling a Flame

The quest actually gives you the correct seals, but in the reward page, it says Serpent Seals instead of Flame Seals.

Nabbed a Screen Shot with FRAPS if you need further shots of the strangeness.

Thanks for the report!

I have a good idea where this might be, but before accidentally changing the wrong file, I want to be 100% sure I have the correct text string, so that screenshot you took would be of great help.

It seems to be all of the Flames quests. They all say Serpent Seals.

i had the same problem with a twin adder quest, it said fale seals in the text but i got the right reward of serpent seals after completion

You can see in my Chat Log it has the correct reward, and in the reward box, it has the incorrect one.

Excellent screenshot! It showed me exactly which message was correct (text log), and which needed to be fixed (reward window).

It turns out that the names of the two seals (Serpent and Flame) were swapped in the item file. This means that they will probably be showing up backwards on your Grand Companies tab (under Attributes in the Main Menu) as well.

The fix is being made now, and I'll work to get this in the game as soon as I can. Until then, I'll let everyone know of the issue on the patch notes.

It's funny, because the Twin Adder quest said it was giving me flame seals. I didn't get a snazzy screenshot, though.

Maybe some sort of Grand Company exchange program?

I think this error could be in all immortal flames quests, I did the quest Arms Race and it said in the reward window I got serpants seals, but in the chatlog it said I got flames seals.

Not sure if you checked em all or just the one mentioned in the OP.
