Please do something about duty finder queues...

We all know there's more DPS than Tanks and Healers, thus making queue times extra long... but having to deal with this every day is not cool :\ especially during prime time. What on earth did you do with 2.1 when you changed the server structures? I think you need to reduce the data center groups and put more servers together, this is pathetic.

4 player groups... cause thats 'casual' lol.

While what you're saying might be true in a sense, what he said is right....SE needs to reduce their Data Center bs, and put more servers together in groups so that people aren't waiting two hours to do something. Now on top of this too you have the Vote Abandon....wait two hours to get into CT "in progress", get in, and vote abandon. This literally happened to me yesterday. It's crap.

When no one wants to be the backbones of a party and instead faceroll a DPS class for easy, responsibility free gaming this is what happens.

I see your point, but that's a little unfair honestly. The game is built so that DPS breed like rabbits, hence every party requiring more DPS than any other class. It's not really the players' fault for wanting to play something like a Dragoon, instead of the honestly uninteresting Warrior and Paladin classes. If SE wants more people to tank, they need to make classes for tanking that are actually unique or cool, not just cookie cutter cut outs from every other MMO on the face of the planet. TERA made tanking fun, I'm sure SE can do it too. The little punches that tanks and healers make at DPS players is also getting a little annoying. You need DPS to beat bosses, you need GOOD DPS for the harder ones, and you need the best for some of the DPS checks later on in the game. This isn't always "easy, responsibility free gaming". I'm just letting you know. If your "easy, responsibility free" players don't dodge stuff on Titan EX or save the healer and DPS from Gaol's and adds, what happens to the party? You and the healer going to duo it I assume?

It may be easier than tanking, or even healing....I won't argue there, but I can't literally just close my eyes and mash buttons on my keyboard either.

More servers in the same data center will do nothing to help this problem, nothing whatsoever. You'll just be in queue with even more dps waiting just about as long as you are now.

You have proof this won't work how? Queue's were never this bad before the Data Center crap they did. After that and 2.1, I've waited to the point where I give up and go do other things because it's pathetic. Doing something to try and fix it is better than doing nothing.

And how would it fix the issue in his image? If there are tons of DPS jobs why are they the only one there after 85min?

BTW. I have seen this myself on most days when seeking on BRD for CT. Me and MAYBE 1 or 2 other DPS for a hour+.

Yeah they were. I bet you can get several people who remember the AK "Reserving Instance" issue. Where the party was made, but the instances were all full. If someone dropped out, you got sent back to the end of the line for instance reservations.
