In-game support auto replies same stuff and cancelled my ticket

I talked to the Mail support with a issue with my old beta account. THe problem was that in my old beta account i had made a character with a name i was thinking of using on the real usable account but when i tried making a charr on the other usable account it said it was taken. so the mail support said that they didn't have any privileges to change anything from their end so they said i should talk to the In-Game support.

But as soon as i try to make a ticket there i get the same auto reply, says something about that they can't help with the game stuff which i think they mean like give tips on how to play it? BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I'M ASKING?!?!?

I don't get it. Your beta account and your current account are different? You made a new service account? If you wanted to keep playing using the phase 4 character you had to keep using that one since they were all transfered. The only thing you can try is deleting the beta char if you can, but even then the name might not be available anymore or new players could impersonate someone else.

i have 2 service accounts 1 that is beta from way back in the early betas of xiv 2.0 and then the retail. but i can't delete the characters from the beta acc cause i need to place a retail key on it and pay time for it to be able to log in to it and delete it... and no no1 have taken it cause when i search on the name i get my beta charr up on the loadstone or the place where you can see the characters..

cancelling the service account won't delete your char too?

no just puts it inactive temporarily until i want to activate it again =/
