I talked to the Mail support with a issue with my old beta account. THe problem was that in my old beta account i had made a character with a name i was thinking of using on the real usable account but when i tried making a charr on the other usable account it said it was taken. so the mail support said that they didn't have any privileges to change anything from their end so they said i should talk to the In-Game support.

But as soon as i try to make a ticket there i get the same auto reply, says something about that they can't help with the game stuff which i think they mean like give tips on how to play it? BUT THAT'S NOT WHAT I'M ASKING?!?!?
