This is par for the course. They do not seem to grasp that disagreeing, even vehemently, does not equal harassment. Considering their post history is all over these forums, of course people are going to encounter them. Imagine telling JP players how they should feel.

I don’t even own a house and I find that all of their suggestions have been extremely negative towards house procurement. None of their suggestions benefit first time buyers, personal owners, nor legitimate FCs. ALL of their suggestions seem custom tailored to punish the 5% of “Bad Eggs”, with no thought as to how it affects everyone else.

The only post I made in the four pages of https://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/...B3%AA%E5%95%8F is an apology at the end because I felt it warranted after the embarrassment that Big_Bap had made of themselves representing part of the North American community in front of the Japanese community. I do not have another post in that thread, so I have absolutely no idea what you are ranting on about. Please link to what you are seeing so that we're on the same page, as there is a disconnect here.

So... reserving a lion's share of the new wards for personal houses negatively affects first time buyers how?

Because not all first time buyers are buyers of personal estates, and FCs benefit more from a house than personal owners.

And yet, there are far more players and due to how most FCs lock down FC housing, more players will get more out of housing with a personal house than they ever will with an FC house.

People nag at the statistics but then I check I’m entire ward and most fc are dead in peak times or have a fraction of the members compared to the total. And these homes never and I mean NEVER get scrapped so most wards in my district are just fc graveyards. Took me 6 wards to find a active one on peak times which is like 5/29 or somthing

Oh I've contributed ideas. You just don't pay attention unless it's your ideas.

The difference between you and I is I want to make the playing field equal. You just want to find a way to get to the small percentage of people who own multiple properties. You don't care how you get that done, so long as it gets done.

Your last terrible idea not only failed miserably in combating resellers and flippers (and multi-home owners), it actually created a small, flourishing underground of placard click bots to be developed. That is your legacy.
