I'll give you A for effort and just say this would be the split. Basically you would go with this. This way you still get accessories for groups and you just pick one in that group to prioritize gearing first. This encourages people to play different job sets and at the same time helps by somewhat spliting the things. But what I'd like to see is that left side would be split further more so that each job would get it's own unique left side(sans belt). I'm tired of the fact that my pld looks the same as my war and that my whm looks the same as my sch... Then I would say go 600/week cap with each group having it's own set of tomes.

That's a pretty horrible justification. There's nothing outside of Coil that you need to be above ilvl 95 to beat, but I don't see anyone purposely lowering their ilvl to what's required in order to win. I haven't seen people in Expert Roulette switching to full CT gear and base relic weapons. People didn't swap back to Darklight gear and Garuda weapons for 2.3's Expert Roulette, either, that I ever saw.

As someone who enjoys playing pretty much any role I highly approve of this idea. It's rather unfair how much faster 'hardcore' raiding groups gear up rather than people still stuck in progression. one drop of dreadwyrm loot saves the lucky recipient ~2 full weeks of saving up poetics for an i130 piece even. Sure challenge shall be rewarded but I think even an increase by about ~100 would help me NOT having to settle on a single endgame class.

You don't even have 1 endgame class because your not doing endgame. There's no 'settling' going on there. How is it not 'fair' again that people clearing high level content get high level gear faster and people who dont, get it slower? (But you still get it eventually anyway mind you)

Why do they need to? If you aren't doing Coil any activity is tuned for either fresh 50 or you are synced to 110. So actually no... they don't need to offer any 111+ gear outside of raiding.

The Experts are unsynced, the High level dungeons are the ones with i110sync.

Poetics is endgame for me besides the weapons so 450 per week is a good number. Also, at end game we're not supposed to have the latest/best gear for all classes. End game is about 1 role you dedicate to.

I see very little reason to up the cap of Poetics to 600. Raising the cap any further than it currently is, you might as well just remove it entirely and just let people grind to their hearts content. Gear alone doesn't make the player. You still will need a competent group to complete Coil regardless of gear. The fact that there are groups out there that can clear T1-T5 of Coil in i55 gear and T10-13 in i110 gear is evidence enough that it's not gear bound. Gear helps, but you still need to play your role and have others that do the same.

Did someone seriously beat t1-5 in i55 gear without echo? For realz? That's crazyness.
