Is the Duty Finder working as it should?

Thanks very much for keeping us up to date on the issue. I hope our queue times will be smooth as glass now.

Crud...and I already tapped out all the weekly crud. Guess I can fart around on some poetic/law runs tonight just to see how it behaves.

Anyone having issues with Void Ark specifically? I've spent probably ten hours in the queue for the last three days. I wasn't able to get my item last week because I didn't get a pop all day Sunday and Monday. I thought, maybe everyone's just not doing it, but now it's Tuesday night and I've been in queue over an hour again.

In queue now. Over 100 minutes now, but says less than 5. Most other queue's have been smooth/accurate thepast couple of days except Void Ark. Could be that people simply don't want to do it.

What role are you queuing Void Ark as with those queue times? I know earlier today on my Ninja alt it was almost instant and yesterday with my friend as double dps the queue was less than 10 min.

• Time frame
• Role in queue
• Content queued for
• Frequent queueing of players challenge content for the first time (first-timer priority matching)

These factors, however, are a part of regular game play behavior, so please keep this in mind. If you are still experiencing longer than usual queue times after this hotfix, please be sure to leave feedback so we can relay the information over to the dev. team for further investigation. Thank you.

While I appreciate all the work that is done by the dev team... please consider cross region AND language friendslists/duty matching. There is no reason in this day and age as developers we couldn't implement this as an "optional" feature. I do explicitly mean optional. Those interested would understand that there may be increased lag, etc, etc however the pros far outweigh the cons when you take into account that sometimes people in one time zone work odd shifts and thus can't really get parties when they need to.

I've said it before and I'll continue to say it that NCSoft (GuildWars2) and Blizzard are primary examples of how to get this done and done right. I never once had to switch servers to party with friends in GW2. The only limit I had was I couldn't PvP with friends because it was world based.

Summoner. Went up to about 125 minutes before I gave up. Queued the night before for about 70 minutes before quitting at that point as well.

Trying again. Been in queue for about 38 minutes as I'm typing this (7:19 EST). The worst part is that it says less than 5 minutes.

I was about 10 minutes solo on bard last for Void Ark as well. Queued approximately 8:30 PM EST.

Weekly restrictions may have a lot to do with that. I got my drop on Tuesday myself. Haven't been back in all week because of it.

I bet you this is all because of ninja's mudra change...

Yeah, you may be right.
But for some reasons, that average wait time changes. From 17m to 5m to 20m and so on. It can't happen on itself, right? Means that somebody gets in eventually. And they can't do it without healers. So some healers do get in.

u actually wasted over 15 hrs in duty finder? idk what to say to that other than question the ability to waste this amount of time

What? Questioning sanity? They went to bed, it says so. They weren't waiting there 15 hours watching, they simply left the Duty Finder running and came back later to see if it'd still be up. It was.

My FC and I kinda figured it still wasn't working correctly when we queued for Lv50 roulette as Tank, Heal and 1 DPS and it didn't pop for around 15mins. Dropped, requeued, instant pop. I mean I suppose it could be a coincidence. But, it's kinda strange to have it pop instantly after requeue after that long.

theres 7 hrs queued in a screen shot they took before bed. who knows how long after said screen shot they waited before goin to sleep. so my statement, imo still stands. never did i say they were there, watchin for 15 hrs, i have reading comprehension
