And the very reason why instanced housing is the answer to the problem of the ever-lasting trash that is the current system:

You don't hold your player-base hostage through a means that takes people sometimes YEARS to obtain, only to have it dissipate after 45 days of not being able to login, or whatever excuse is necessary to not play. There are a lot of reasons people can't login for a duration of time. You implement instanced housing players can obtain and keep a house, there doesn't have to be decay, it's less load on the servers overall (their one and only issue they've ever come up with), and that's just common sense - instancing housing and other assets are modern-day thinking when it comes to massive character gameplay. Why you are so against making a more efficient, healthier system of gameplay and efficiency is beyond me.

And, who said no one is willing to talk about the existing conditions? It's database driven. What's there to discuss? You can literally - quite literally - match database fields and assets that are tied to character assets when changing. And really, all they NEED to hold onto are the plot sizes that have been obtained by character and the housing items that have been obtained. You implement the new system obtained, the character logs in, goes back and picks the same size plot and the worst you have to do is redesign your home. Oh, the humanity of forward thinking. You can't tell me that there is no way possible to change this system. It's severely flawed with hoarders of housing, its server structure is best described as smelly taint, and the thought behind its implementation is amateur. At best. Why? Because older games have done it better.

I'm talking about a system where every player could have a house, while you are trying to justify fairness by fighting against it? Really?

The funny part is some of you don't have any credibility at all , because I actually do the work. I'm standing on business because I actually stand by it. I'm with everyone else carrying that shared burden, having to log in every month.To make sure my house is there because I actually care about enough to make sure I dont lose it for the last 8 years

I vouched for the demolition myself.Prior to them , adding in it in because to obtain a limited supply item necessitated it. I am standing by the very rules.I asked for because I understand the need for them. And I also understand it's unfair.If you set a system up where players have different rule sets for the same thing.

All your arguments are are emotional blackmail, and discrediting, not on facts.But your emotions. You can't even explain how giving one that doesn't have a house one that is the same as someone else's house , except your exempt from all the bills that they have (still) to pay is fair. Cause it's not about addressing the point with logic and consistency , it's about bending the logic so that the ends justify the means to get it there.

Name one rule that isn't consistently applied across the whole game? But that's unfair, because I was a trick question.All rules are applied evenly throughout the whole game. Except this is one rule you're saying.Yeah, we should bend this one for particular people.So we all get the same thing. You are not thinking logically. You don't care about consistency.If you have to applies the rules unevenly in a game without system injustice.that fine as long as you get the end result.

Like me saying I shouldn't have to pay taxes or pay into it.Whatsoever , but I still should receive a tax refund on top of access to all the public roads and services. Its not fair but its equitable.

Everyone having money taken out of their taxes is fair.Because it's a shared burden. We all get screwed EQUALLY

It's not people being their own worst enemy, it's people knowing crap when they see it and refusing to step in it. So I don't blame people for refusing to engage with the game's housing, including apartments and FC rooms which have always been a poor substitute, and are just as finite and easily lost as a house is. (Apartment complexes and FCs DO have upper limits on how many can be made, and an FC room goes into the void the moment you get removed, leave, or the FC house is lost somehow.)

Likewise, I don't blame people for refusing to move to lower population data centers just to get a house. I used to own homes on Maduin and it wasn't worth holding onto them while being stuck on a dead server so I gave them up and moved. At best, it just results in people making housing alts where they grab one on a character they literally never play once they've squatted on what they want, or how the bulk of house owners just end up gil farmers anyway across all data centers. Over 3 years of playing the game and I have never once seen another soul in any ward I've walked through, but there's an endless amount of "starter" model houses with no outdoor furnishings, all locked up, and owned by "Generic Gibberish FC Name #3445".

So the housing system they wanna partake in is so bad they'd rather not have housing at all.. Over any housing

So it's not really about housing... itself, its the entitlement that people feel they are owed to their house of choice

Usually you'd have to ring the truth out of the people , but that this is honest at least

Its not a game problem, its a creativity problem. The size of your housing doesn't limit your creativity. The players imposed that on themselves. And are saying its a external issue that stops them.

To put this bluntly, this is complete drivel. It's like you put up a dartboard, and starting tossing darts at sentences you want to use to argue. And no, you aren't making any sense in this comparing to what I said. None of this has anything to do with that I suggested, which was a system that makes common, logical, modern sense. I don't understand at all how what I said is 'emotional blackmail'. This just makes you sound more like a victim of a made-up act than it does an advocate to better the game.
