I completely agree with this, even in the live letters when I listen I cannot believe some of the questions deemed important enough to get asked while others that I know need to be asked aren't b/c of glamour and furnishing questions.
Yeah, and as those questions continue to fall on deaf ears some get the notion that the questions are possibly doctored even without input, and they may well be with such softballs as "can you show us pictures of thing you have just announced"complete with "teasing pictures snuck out of marketing ,tee hee!".
Not that people don't eat it up, but coupled with not answering the more serious and popular questions makes it look like a dog and pony show. Nationality be damned, no one likes dishonesty. :(
I feel like they listen to game data more then player feedback directly.
Which means whoever is the biggest market will be catered for as a priority (Which is to be expected)
But Lightning items are on MogStation and you can buy some primal mounts for 99 tokens, so clearly they are listening and selectively agreeing/providing to some popular feedback.
That being said, there is a natural bias towards the feedback you, yourself as a direct developer can go and read in your downtime/playtime because its in the language you actually speak.
I think they're listening to feedback, but the NA audience isn't exactly making it easy for them with their multiple topics, click bait titles and "THIS NEEDS IMMEDIATE DEV ATTENTION" histrionics. Also, there are quite a lot of criticisms and suggestions that go contrary to core design concepts and systems in this game, yet people seem to think that if they just shout loudly enough about it the game will go through a massive overhaul.
I apologize I didn't know, you must of seen a lot of it so it makes it ok to attack other cultures, I agree. I will follow your example and start hating other cultures too since I've see so much hate. Those poor hating groups in this world must seen some bad things to that caused them to hate... you get a free pass ma'am.
