You people are generalizing everything to make it simple for yourselves to understand. Again here you can't be punished if you download mp3 becouse you want to hear music...but if you sell copied CD yes you can be punished....this is law in my country....(about piracy)

Im still wondering in which country you live... Just a hint.. Rapidshare, Megaupload and all others are just giving out Space to Upload and Download Stuff. You should read their agreements... on ALL of those Sites they say that it IS illegal to download copyright'd Stuff.

It's funny because out of the laws you listed yourself they sound similar to the laws of the countries where it's illegal to view lolicon, which you said it's legal. You'd be surprised what laws really are in a lot of places.

Take Canada for example. Here, piracy isn't much of a problem, we don't give a shit about it and the police don't arrest people who do it, even though it's illegal. Bring in a single page of a lolicon manga though, and you'll be thrown in jail for over a year and also have to submit your DNA to go on the national sex offenders registry.
